I hope that the DOT will learn from this and make sure that all the sewer lines and other water pipes are fixed and maintained as it should be. Because of the change in transportation route and other things that the people of this county, it will cause a lot more money then it would if the water lines were correctly maintenanced. Saying money is the real issue is not true. The real issue is that these athorities are using the "money issue" as an excuse to not to do their jobs correctly. "Our faults does not lie in our stars, but in our selves." Everyone in the government no matter where he or she is responsible should live by that quote. If they do not, it is "We the people of the United States" that will suffer for it. This issue with the water line rupture is a very serious thing to many people living in the area if not a great deal more in Hall County.
