I cannot say for sure why these car recks happen, but I believe a great deal of recks can be avoided if the DOT put up more traffic lights and signs in more intersections. There is times that recks are caused by people could not see what is in front of them. I know that this will causes taxes to go up, but what if a government loses its tax payers in a large number that the given local or national government loses the tax revenue that could have been paid by these tax payers if they were alive to do it.
In math, what ever you do to one side of the equation you must equal out to the other side. I rather pay a few cents more on taxes on a product then to see someone die in a car reck becuase DOT has not put up the correct signs or light that are needed. To me life is much more important than money. No matter how much money you have you cannot pay enough to bring back the death of a love one or anyone else. Nuton's Law states: Every action there is an oposite equal reaction. With death there is not reaction. One has to be alive to make action so that a result can from a reaction.
