In issues like this article has stated, here is a great reason to support the law enforcement. The more money and other means that all types of law enforcements need will help prevent tragic things like this to happen. The next time you walk by a police officer, given him/her your thanks in a job well done. We all have freedom because of the Arm Forces of our nation and the police that protects the citizens within.

Public Libraries and Adapting to the Change to Virtual Community
This was a well thought out article. With what is called "Web 2," the Internet is more interactive then ever. Our lives will not ever be the same. Computers and the Internet will always be with us as long as we have same freedom we have today. We can lose our freedom, but that is another story for another day.
In schools the text books is obsolete at the moment it reaches the students for the first time. It takes years before a textbook is published. It only takes a few days to upgrade information online. The webmaster only has to do it once and millions upon millions can examine that information at the same time, any time they choose.
There are a great number of websites that has to do with referencing information, libraries, and all sorts of legit information. It is true that anyone can design a website these days. Some make out that they are professionally done and can make one think they are reading factual information. It is not how the website looks. It is what information is being presented.
There are more and more true educational websites for all to read. Most of these site are free to get into, others are not. By having to pay for looking at the information on these websites does not mean they are the best websites to find the right information. One will have to do their homework to decide which is best. Just remember this, "You get what you pay for, but somethings getting it free is not all that bad."

Cowards Running for Commander and Chief
Everyone just about is saying we need to get out of this war. That would be great. To do that is not simply pulling the troops out of the war. How to really do it is by hitting the enemy harder then they are hitting us. If they kill two of our troops, then we need to take down at least four of their troops. If the use a bomb to try to kill us, then we need to use at least three to hit them.
Whatever they through at us we need to give it back in three folds or more. That is how you come home safely in a war for both the troops and the country that the troops are fighting for. This is also a Biblical principle, “Eye for an eye.” In war when the enemy takes out an eye of a soldier, then two both eyes and a broken nose should be done to that enemy. The enemy that we are fighting will do no less to us.
As General George S. Patton said, “A soldier does not win a war by fighting and dying for his country. He wins a war by having the other poor bastard fighting and dying for his country.” The free world did not start this war. Neither did the United States of America. The only way the free world is going to end this war so the troops of all the countries that are fighting to defend the free world is to hit more harder then the enemy is doing.
Everyone has done all the talking from every angle in every way before the war in Iraq started. Patience was carefully ministered by all. The United States of America is not the only nation that is fighting hard. They are not just doing this for Iraq, but for all nations that wants to have freedom and harmony. We all need to support our troops in every way we can. That is from individuals, the governments (every politician), every business, and everyone else.
As we rally to support a cause for the cure of diseases, to prevent child abuse, and all worthy achievements that helps mankind, we cannot do this if we are not given the freedom to do so. We are given freedom by the price of military victory. With this freedom we can do what we want and when we want to do it. This freedom that we take fro granite is not free! It has a very expensive price tag.
It sickens me to think that the ones that are running to be elected to be the Commander and Chief (The President of the United States of America) can cowardly say, “We need to leave Iraq.” Why do they say this? They are cowards! They are as yellow as they shoes. They are afraid to stand and fight for what needs to be done. They are foolish individuals should not be running for the job that is to be the top dog of our military forces.
President George W. Bush is not a perfect person. Who is that way anyhow? He does have marvelous courage. He has no yellow on him one bit. He has so much courage that is he black as night. To be the President of the United States of America, it takes courage to be able to run and minister all the arm forces of this country. Does the candidates that are running for this great office have this courage?
General George S. Patton also said, “War is hell.” I am sure to the ones that are fighting in this war, that is an understatement. It is very sad that we are sitting in our chairs and doing whatever and state, “We need to get out of Iraq.” When someone says this, he/she means before we finish the job in Iraq. They mean to say they want to have all the troops home right this minute. I would be lying if I stated that every soldier want to stay in Iraq. They know the reason for being in Iraq. They want to finish their job first so they can come home.
If one candidate come out and states that they will support the troops 100%+, and only bring home the troops when enemy surrenders completely and with out hesitation, then I will vote for that person to be the Commander and Chief of the United States of America. I have not heard one state this. If that is the case, I will not vote for anyone to be the President of the United States. I will not have my name on anyone that want to be the Commander and Chief of the Arm Forces and be a yellow coward.
In that I will leave you with this:
The Star-Spangled Banner
—Francis Scott Key, 1814
O say, can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watch'd, were so gallantly streaming?
And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof thro' the night that our flag was still there.
O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
On the shore dimly seen thro' the mists of the deep,
Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,
In full glory reflected, now shines on the stream:
'Tis the star-spangled banner: O, long may it wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion,
A home and a country should leave us no more?
Their blood has wash'd out their foul footsteps' pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave:
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
O thus be it ever when free-men shall stand
Between their lov'd home and the war's desolation;
Blest with vict'ry and peace, may the heav'n-rescued land
Praise the Pow'r that hath made and preserv'd us a nation!
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: “In God is our trust!”
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Security Online
On the news and elsewhere, there has been a good deal to say about security while doing things online. This talk is more of fear propaganda then anything else. One is more secure online then in public. Unless people are going to be hermits, they will be attacked in one way or the other by someone that wants to take advantage of them. The best way to protect your privacy online is simply do not give out information that you do not want others to know.
There are several free software that can generate a random password. The biggest issue with passwords is that we use simple words that can easily be figured out. For accounts that you want to be protected as in banking online, I highly suggest that the user change the password at least every quarter. Another way to protect privacy online is to get a very good antivirus and spyware software that can deal with virus and spyware. Having a firewall is also a great way to protect your privacy online.
One might be surprised that a good deal of people do not have these software on their computer or any other security protection while online. For home use, I suggest getting free versions of antivirus, spyware, and firewall software. I have used a good many of these type software over time. I have found out that AVG is the best without using so much resource of your personal computer. That software can be found at http://wwwgristsoft.com. On this site, there is a spyware software called, “AVG Anti-spyware.”
Be careful not to have more then one antivirus software on a personal computer at the same time. This will cause major problem, and it will end up having all computer to be restored by formating the computer and reinstall the operating system. Use only one firewall and one antivirus at a time. Before installing a different antivirus or firewall, first uninstall the previous software.
There is another great spyware software to help remove and keep spyware off your computer. This software is called, “Spybot Search and Destroy.” They are others that are free to use. What is the best for how you use your computer use it. Why I think the free software are the best to use for personal use is that the paid ones you have to repay the owners a yearly fee. There is no yearly fee for free security software.
Remember this if not anything else, there is not such thing as 100% security while on the Internet or in public. It is how people present their private information that make the difference. What is not mentioned on these new shows is how many do use the Internet that have not problem while buying things online. The news and the media always shows the worse scenario. They also make a very small amount and make it appear very much larger then the true size. Again all of this is propaganda. Use simple common sense and the security issue will be very small.

Aftermath of September 11, 2001
What has happened to the United States of America as a whole after September 11, 2001? Here lately we have politicians that speak against the war while our troops are fighting in it. We have people in from all walks of life not supporting these same troops by not growing up as individuals. How we behave shows more support towards what are military is doing for us each and every day. Most of our behavior has to do with our own arrogance and self righteousness.
We were attacked due to our lack of being an American. What happened on September 11, 2001 was a serious wake up call by the Grace of God. Instead of waking up and changing our lives for the better, we are deliberately going down hill at an alarming rate. It is by our constant degeneracy that we have Congress turning their souls against our military while they are in harms way.
We had a few other wake up calls in our country: Hurricane Katrina and Reta. What will happen next if we continue down this path of degeneracy? Time and time again we are constantly reminded of what happen on September 11, 2001 with all sorts of different television programs. It is very, very, very important that we do not forget what has happened. We need to continue to live our lives for the better not just because of ourselves, but for the ones that have died in the result of what happened on September 11, 2001. Our troops that are fighting this enemy day in and day out needs our respect and support.
We also need to support our police and firemen. Our military protects our freedom from outside our borders. The police and firemen protects our freedom from within our borders. No politician can do this. It seems that most if not all of our politicians are doing is destroying our freedom by talking nasty towards the war while our troops are fighting in it. Everyone has the right to free speech. The idea is “the responsibility to free speech.”
There is a question that we need to ask ourselves: “Are we going to act like a peasant or a aristocrat?” To live ones life is not an easy task. There will be pressures in ones life. The difference in one that makes it and grows up has to do with integrity and humility. No one has shown these abilities one bit throughout any walk of life, including Congress. This needs to change very soon.
If any of you readers are females ask yourself this question: “Do you want to be raped by at least 100 men a day every day for the rest of your life?” Surely your answer is no. In that case why do so many females do not support our troops in this war? All of our military is fighting so that no female will be harmed in any fashion or form. If our troops have founded rape rooms in Iraq, then this shows that these terrorist would want to rape every single female no matter what their age time and time again.
When both male and females talks against the war while our troops are there for our protection, we are asking for this to happen. The male population would be thrown in concentration camps and be work to death as the Jews were during WWII. This is a very serious thing we constantly needs to think about. Nations throughout history has fallen for less of a degeneracy then we are in the United States of America. By our degeneracy we are destroying what our forefathers has done for us so long ago. All the energy of what our WWII vets has done for our freedom is being destroyed.
I think the issue that we are facing is that we have taken for granite of the freedoms that we have. We cannot simply see our lives without our day to day freedoms. In this state of mind, how can we think beyond our little world? This little world is dream world that is destroying our lives. We need to get back to reality before reality hits us in the face and rapes our freedoms and our own individuality. We are our own worst enemy.
