This is how flaccid minded  we have become in the United States of America.  We would brake the law for our own feeble attitudes.  This is not at all a mature way of life.

This is why I believe that we are in an economic nose dive.  We cannot simply grow up.  We cry over just about anything and everything, but we do not want to take  responsibilities for our own actions.  We cry for more freedoms, but we cannot contend with what we have in our own circumstances.  We must change, and rapidly if we are to turn things for the better.

The driving laws are too simple to be ignored or have blatant excuses as shown in this article.  Put your own self in police officers shoes.  They see endless and senseless death on the road far too much.  The simplest crashes, if there are such a thing, are caused by all sorts of multi-activities, like use of cell phones, texting, eating, etc.  By using full concentration on the road, it can reduce nearly all car wrecks on the road.

Why are we frantically moving about to get to where ever we are going in life?  Ever heard of leaving early?  There is no crime in getting to your destination early.  Actually, it is the most responsible thing to do in life.  The question that might need to be asked is why do we not act more responsible in our lives?

I wonder if teenagers need to be in a position where they are totally submissive towards another?  I am not talking about slavery, but being fully submissive for let’s say 3-5 years of their lives.  When adults are in a career job, they have to do as they are told, or they will be on the street faster then they can say “oops.”  Discipline in life is everywhere and very, very important.  There is a big difference in freedom and right out chaos.

Authority without freedom is tyranny.  Freedom without authority is chaos.  Authority and freedom can only produce Liberty.  That word is in the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America.

 

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

 

As you can see, not once is the word free or freedom mentioned. There is no freedom without some form or authority.  Military victory is a form or authority.  The police officer is another.  Without the police on the beat, what protection do we have?  If we all cooperate with law officials, then the time we spend after being pulled over could be shorten dramatically.

What we have here in this article is complete and total non-American ways of living.  There is no excuse for this type of behavior from any American citizen.  Just the same, we constantly show our childish behavior that only causes more strive.  When we use the MISS (Make It Simple Stupid) and KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid), we can got a lot more done in our personal lives.

Antidote For War

How important it is to apply these three things in ones life.

Never Be Cruel
Always Be Artistic
Never Loose Your Since of Humor

There are four things that I do not tolerate at all:

lying
ignorance that knows better
hatred
judging

If one looks at these four, they might see that they all mean the same thing.  When one lies, they are showing their own ignorance.  They know better, but they do it anyhow.  When one hates another, that turns into judging that person.  These four can be looked at in any combination with the same results.

When one does hate, they are cruel.  It can be easily said, "Cruel = hate and hate = cruel."  I have never know a hateful person to be kind or generous.  As that little green dude, Master Yoda has stated so eloquently, "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering," there is so much destruction with hatred.  Love does not lead to these calamities.  When we love, there is so much calmness and peace.  True love is the key to live.

One does not have to go to school to be an artist.  One does not even have to pick you a pencil or paintbrush.  To be artistic in life, one needs to "find the light from within oneself."  There is no magical hexes or words to achieve enlightenment.  It does need love for oneself.  There are basically three types of love in the Greek (AGAPE, PHILOS, and EROS).  Eros is a sexual love.  That is not the topic here.

In the sentence, "I love you," the "I" is the subject and "you" is the direct objectAgape looks at the subject.  It does not need an object.  Philos does need an object.  Let me put it in a different manner.  One day you are driving on the road.  Someone suddenly cuts between you that almost causes an accident.  Instantly, you have hatred.  You do not know this person, but just the same, hate is there.  This is called impersonal hatred.

Agape love is an impersonal love.  It allows us to be tolerant of others.  It allows us to work with others.  When we have impersonal love in our souls, we can go about our business without having to be concerned of how others live their lives.  That is the meaning of Agape love.  There is no object.  Does not need one.

On the other hand Philos needs an object.  It cannot exist without an object.  I love to eat chocolate ice cream.  A boy tells her gal, "I love you."  No matter how one loves, it brings prosperity in one form or the other.

I love the classic Doctor Who television show (1966 - 1987).  Tom Baker (the forth Doctor) said, "To be an adult, you must be a child...sometimes.  When we do grow up in life, we must not forget the wonders of being a child.  It allows us to go through the hard times of life.  It allows us to be artistic.  It allows us to be self-expressing.
This is how I look at it, "A person cannot truly live unless he can laugh in the face of danger."  This means simply holding one's head up high under the worst of storms.  If one can still push forward under all the adversities in life, then he can do so much more.  This will allow us to be health and live a prosperous life.  If you want to cut your medical bill, then get a health sense of humor.

To live life is not as hard as you might think.  You cannot learn how to live a prosperous life in a book.  It has to be found from within oneself.  Find the light from within.

I Am Still The Greatest

Never allow anyone to tell you that you cannot do anything.  Winston Churchill said, "Never give up, never give up, never give up."  The only time one is defeated, is when they want to be.  In this essay, this man had never given up.

After reading/listening to this essay, I hope you can find the light from within yourself.  Muhammad Ali is the testament of great courage and perseverance.  In our economic times, we can still stand up tall and weather the storm.  Until the fat lady is on the stage, we should not throw in the towel.  There are many more people out there that are facing harder times.  The people in Haiti for one comes to mine.

 What I took from this essay, I can stand up tall and weather my own storms.  So can we all.  As General George S Patton said, "All Americans love a good fight."  Life is a fight worth living.  I have more than my share of obstacles in my own life.  Sometimes it feels like I want to give in, but I do not do that.  With the light within myself, I could not give up even if I wanted to do so.
It is more than enlightenment that drives me forward, but a desire of wanting to complete the purpose in my life.  Not having a job or having a job is not a life force we should be concerned about.  We are not the sum total of our job.  It is much, much more.  There are poor people on the street that has a better hold on life than I could ever have.  There are CEOs that are so miserable with all that money.

The man in this essay is a simple human being that stood strong in his test of time.  What are the rest going to do as we continue to face our tests in life?   Will we collapse on the floor and fall apart, or will we push on through all the adversities?  The choices we make are our responsibilities.  At some point not even our Government cannot help us.


I believe that we must work together as a nation to rise from the ashes, but if we as individuals cannot solve our own problems, then what use are we to the rest of the world?  To be the greatest is not the fame and glory, but the ability to live past all of it to make a future for oneself.  That greatness can lead people through wars and keep on standing at the end of the fight.
