This is how flaccid minded we have become in the United States of America. We would brake the law for our own feeble attitudes. This is not at all a mature way of life.

This is why I believe that we are in an economic nose dive. We cannot simply grow up. We cry over just about anything and everything, but we do not want to take responsibilities for our own actions. We cry for more freedoms, but we cannot contend with what we have in our own circumstances. We must change, and rapidly if we are to turn things for the better.

The driving laws are too simple to be ignored or have blatant excuses as shown in this article. Put your own self in police officers shoes. They see endless and senseless death on the road far too much. The simplest crashes, if there are such a thing, are caused by all sorts of multi-activities, like use of cell phones, texting, eating, etc. By using full concentration on the road, it can reduce nearly all car wrecks on the road.

Why are we frantically moving about to get to where ever we are going in life? Ever heard of leaving early? There is no crime in getting to your destination early. Actually, it is the most responsible thing to do in life. The question that might need to be asked is why do we not act more responsible in our lives?

I wonder if teenagers need to be in a position where they are totally submissive towards another? I am not talking about slavery, but being fully submissive for let’s say 3-5 years of their lives. When adults are in a career job, they have to do as they are told, or they will be on the street faster then they can say “oops.” Discipline in life is everywhere and very, very important. There is a big difference in freedom and right out chaos.

Authority without freedom is tyranny. Freedom without authority is chaos. Authority and freedom can only produce Liberty. That word is in the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

As you can see, not once is the word free or freedom mentioned. There is no freedom without some form or authority. Military victory is a form or authority. The police officer is another. Without the police on the beat, what protection do we have? If we all cooperate with law officials, then the time we spend after being pulled over could be shorten dramatically.

What we have here in this article is complete and total non-American ways of living. There is no excuse for this type of behavior from any American citizen. Just the same, we constantly show our childish behavior that only causes more strive. When we use the MISS (Make It Simple Stupid) and KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid), we can got a lot more done in our personal lives.

How important it is to apply these three things in ones life.

Never Be Cruel
Always Be Artistic
Never Loose Your Since of Humor

There are four things that I do not tolerate at all:

lying
ignorance that knows better
hatred
judging

If one looks at these four, they might see that they all mean the same thing. When one lies, they are showing their own ignorance. They know better, but they do it anyhow. When one hates another, that turns into judging that person. These four can be looked at in any combination with the same results.

When one does hate, they are cruel. It can be easily said, "Cruel = hate and hate = cruel." I have never know a hateful person to be kind or generous. As that little green dude, Master Yoda has stated so eloquently, "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering," there is so much destruction with hatred. Love does not lead to these calamities. When we love, there is so much calmness and peace. True love is the key to live.

One does not have to go to school to be an artist. One does not even have to pick you a pencil or paintbrush. To be artistic in life, one needs to "find the light from within oneself." There is no magical hexes or words to achieve enlightenment. It does need love for oneself. There are basically three types of love in the Greek (AGAPE, PHILOS, and EROS). Eros is a sexual love. That is not the topic here.

In the sentence, "I love you," the "I" is the subject and "you" is the direct object. Agape looks at the subject. It does not need an object. Philos does need an object. Let me put it in a different manner. One day you are driving on the road. Someone suddenly cuts between you that almost causes an accident. Instantly, you have hatred. You do not know this person, but just the same, hate is there. This is called impersonal hatred.

Agape love is an impersonal love. It allows us to be tolerant of others. It allows us to work with others. When we have impersonal love in our souls, we can go about our business without having to be concerned of how others live their lives. That is the meaning of Agape love. There is no object. Does not need one.

On the other hand Philos needs an object. It cannot exist without an object. I love to eat chocolate ice cream. A boy tells her gal, "I love you." No matter how one loves, it brings prosperity in one form or the other.

I love the classic Doctor Who television show (1966 - 1987). Tom Baker (the forth Doctor) said, "To be an adult, you must be a child...sometimes. When we do grow up in life, we must not forget the wonders of being a child. It allows us to go through the hard times of life. It allows us to be artistic. It allows us to be self-expressing.
This is how I look at it, "A person cannot truly live unless he can laugh in the face of danger." This means simply holding one's head up high under the worst of storms. If one can still push forward under all the adversities in life, then he can do so much more. This will allow us to be health and live a prosperous life. If you want to cut your medical bill, then get a health sense of humor.

To live life is not as hard as you might think. You cannot learn how to live a prosperous life in a book. It has to be found from within oneself. Find the light from within.

I Am Still The Greatest

Never allow anyone to tell you that you cannot do anything. Winston Churchill said, "Never give up, never give up, never give up." The only time one is defeated, is when they want to be. In this essay, this man had never given up.

After reading/listening to this essay, I hope you can find the light from within yourself. Muhammad Ali is the testament of great courage and perseverance. In our economic times, we can still stand up tall and weather the storm. Until the fat lady is on the stage, we should not throw in the towel. There are many more people out there that are facing harder times. The people in Haiti for one comes to mine.

What I took from this essay, I can stand up tall and weather my own storms. So can we all. As General George S Patton said, "All Americans love a good fight." Life is a fight worth living. I have more than my share of obstacles in my own life. Sometimes it feels like I want to give in, but I do not do that. With the light within myself, I could not give up even if I wanted to do so.
It is more than enlightenment that drives me forward, but a desire of wanting to complete the purpose in my life. Not having a job or having a job is not a life force we should be concerned about. We are not the sum total of our job. It is much, much more. There are poor people on the street that has a better hold on life than I could ever have. There are CEOs that are so miserable with all that money.

The man in this essay is a simple human being that stood strong in his test of time. What are the rest going to do as we continue to face our tests in life? Will we collapse on the floor and fall apart, or will we push on through all the adversities? The choices we make are our responsibilities. At some point not even our Government cannot help us.

I believe that we must work together as a nation to rise from the ashes, but if we as individuals cannot solve our own problems, then what use are we to the rest of the world? To be the greatest is not the fame and glory, but the ability to live past all of it to make a future for oneself. That greatness can lead people through wars and keep on standing at the end of the fight.

Roll Away The Stone from This I Believe

In all that we are facing today in the 21st Century, the biggest calamity is not loss of income, how are we going to pay the bills, and all the troubles that are in our lives. What we lack and hunger for is the unity of others. We cannot live alone. We are not meant to do so.

Just the same, we alienate ourselves from everyone in just about every way we can. How many times do you catch yourself setting so far away from a stranger on a public setting area? Take a look at the distance between the nearest person. At that distance can you smile at that person and be recognized in smiling? We need each other.

It is due to troubled times that we need others so much more. Why cannot we unite as human beings in good times. There can be so much more to do under the wonders of better times than simply supporting others during hard times. Usually when life starts out getting better, we end up forgetting the ones we love. I remember watching an educational show about how some of the Canadians help out Americans during September 11, 2001.

Now that these Americans are in their homes, I wonder how connected they are to these Canadians that helped them out, so they can go back home? How many times do you hug your family member? Tell your friends thank you for being my friend? For most it seems, so many have built up a stone wall between themselves and the rest of the world. We all need our alone time, but solitude can be very lonely after a few days.

Instead of hiding behind the barriers that we build ourselves, we need to tear them down, and allow others in our lives. Not every acquaintances will be as close to us as our family and friends, but we need to unite with all people. After all we are one with the Earth.

The Power Of Love To Transform And To Heal

This is why I believe that anyone that has ever faced abuse of any kind can heal. This is just one of so many stories of people of all ages that has turned their lives around due to someone giving love to them. True love is more than how we feel, but how we think.

How much more can we love others we pass in our lives? How can we pass by a stranger and not give them a simple recognition? We do not need to talk their ears off, but we can do all we can to show love for others. I have learned there are two kinds of love: AGAPE and PHILOS. That is right, one can love without having someone to love.

It does not take a brain surgeon to love under pressure. All it takes is concentration. If love was only an emotion we would end up killing each other. We love under pressure in everyday life due to how we think. We love because we have love inside us.

When you are upset, angry, etc., think of your love ones. You are either going to lose your hate, or you cannot love those individuals at that particular moment. We cannot hate and love at the same time. Hate usually is an emotion because it keeps us from thinking. If one cannot think, they cannot love.

In this essay, this lady loved her adopted son because of the love she had in her. She was patient and kind. She thought under pressure, and the boy learned about true love.

The People Who Love You When No One Else Will

The basic meaning of family is a group living together. In the communication age that can be a very broad subject. There are so many around the world that are living on the streets with no unity whatsoever. This has nothing to do with what they do, but what most do not do.

It takes a lot to trust someone. With all the people that are out to fraud us left and right, it makes it even harder. Just the same, we need to unite with the people we associate with. All it takes is a simple recognition. Never know, one might find the love of their life. The online dating services is not the place to do it, but that is a different story.

After listening to this audio essay, I felt strong to post my understandings about it. Let's face it, biological family can be a right out pain in the ass. We all have them in the family. The big issue is we do not have the option to choose our biological family members. We can choose our friends. Most of the time the friends we do associate with are more easier to talk with than anyone else in life.

Look at all the love and support that everyone around the world is giving to the human beings in Haiti. It is a colossal achievement of having so many come together to help out these wonderful human beings. What is so simple and at the same time so complex, we do not come together on a simple day-to-day basis. When the next time someone is in a public place where everyone congregates, bare witness to how far apart people sit from each other.

There is one thing in respecting others privacy, while at the same time fear connecting with strangers. One does not have to always say hello, but why is sitting so close so harmful? Live the moment as if it was the last moment on Earth. We all seen those type of movies when an individual knows he has a limited time to live. They go around giving their time as they should have done all their lives.

We need to stop all the hate, judging, and all the other negatives that rightfully keeps us from living out lives to the fullest. There is no reason for it. If we stop to think of the other person's view point, we would have no reason to get upset with anything or anyone. That is why it take thinking to love one another. Under pressure we can have love in our hearts due to how we handle our own thinking.

Seeing with the Heart

How sad in the 21st Century, we still judge others because they are different. How can we do that? We are more educated as a whole than anytime in human history. We have learned that gender (sex) has no major differences. How can there be a difference in race?

To some degree, we are learning to come together as a human race with the aftermath of the Earthquakes in Haiti. The sad truth that needs to be asked to the utmost, "Will we remember to continue to be united 3 - 5 years from now?" I want us to very badly. We are all human beings. We live as human beings. We have our different cultures (taboos) that we may not like, but we are human beings living on the same planet. We all breathe the same air, and we live off the Earth as human beings.
We need to live as individuals, but we also need to live as one. The way to do this is by tolerance of how others live their own lives. How they believe. With over 6 billion people on Earth, it is bound to be some lifestyle that we will never accept in our own lives, but we can allow others to live theirs.

If this family of this essay are of mix race, I say, "So damn what?" As long as they show love for one another, the parents are raising their own children for the better good and how to work with others, why should we stick our noses in their private lives? This blog post might be the least read post, but the truth is in this post. I am a defender of the underdog. I also love to enlighten others. I am not concerned in how many post their comments. I prefer that everyone lives their own lives for themselves, and make it a very good life.

See the love when we all come together for the people in Haiti. All countries around the world are joining hands to help these wonderful human beings out. I agree with George S. Patton. American love a good fight. What is the difference in ordinary and keep on marching forward? The answer is simple. It is the result of doing extraordinary things in life. No one, including me, is saying you have to be a “General Patton.” This man was simply a man. He did the things he did to win a war with the Germans and the Japanese during World War II. He encouraged his men because he knew they could do the job that was theirs to do. We are free to day in the United States of America because of these ordinary individual that called them selves, “The Third Army.”

After listening/reading this essay, I was strongly compelled to share this with you on this blog post. It does not take a rocket scientist to live. Be the best you can be. Thrive for what you strongly believe in. Anything worth having is not easy. if it was, where would the challenge be in our lives. As all American love a good fight, we also want to live a life with purpose and strong meaning that only we can live.

As in a war, soldiers do not fight alone. They work, eat, sleep, and fight as a team. As Americans, we must do the same, work together. We are individuals, but we cannot live alone.

How easy it is to fear. There is an old United States Army slogan, “Anything worth having is not easy.” I say this, “If fear is so easy to have, then we should go for something much harder.”

Going forward in life should be hard. If it is so easy, everyone can do it. Fear does not help us grow. What separates us in the animal kingdom, we can overcome our emotions. This does not mean us humans cannot feel. There is a difference in being emotional and using our feelings.

Feelings can guide us to our destinations in life. Emotions are empty and formless. Each and everyone of us must feel. We are mechanical in our own way, but we are not robots like in an old “B-movie.” This does not mean that emotions are bad, but it does state that we have to be in control of them. When we love another, we have to express it by emotions. There is no way for that other person to mind read.

All human beings have the ability to think and reason. It does not matter how intelligent one can be. It is the wisdom that makes the difference in one’s life. I like to think of intelligence as a storage container. What good does all that knowledge do just sitting in that container? Wisdom is the means of processing that stored knowledge to experience.

When we fear, it can destroy both intelligence and wisdom in our souls. There is one thing having someone point a gun to our heads, and another to entertain that reality in our soul. With all the complications of our economy, we can either push forwards or drown in our fears.

No, we do not live alone. Who would want to? Over 6 billion people on the planet, how can we live alone?

We can all say that we are unique individuals in the whole universe. I have said that countless times, but that does not give us the excuse to live in our very small little corner of the universe. What would we accomplish if we lived alone? I for one love my solitude. It allows me to write, even this blog post about this article/audio message.

I know it took a team of hard working individuals to allow me to be able to sit at my desk, log online, and allow me to write this post and enter it on my blog. I for one cannot do all that was done to allow blogging to be established. Yes, I have been trained in computers, but that does not instantaneously give me the experience to do all that had been done on how we can blog online. Team effort is not just in some kind of a ball game. It is everywhere. Family is a team.

Think of all that you know that exist today that did not have a team to fulfill the results of the activity. J.K. Rowling wrote the books on “Harry Potter,” but it took a team to get it publish. There are only 24 hours in a day. There is no way one person can do all that has to be done on any project. In general life, none of us can rightfully live alone.

There is more to life then what you may think. As Helen Keller said, “The more you know, the more you do not know.” Why do we fall in love, get married, and have children? There is a reason for that is life is lived with people.

What did our Foundering Fathers meant by “general Welfare?” It is written in the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America, “promote the general Welfare…” On the same article of the website provided, here is what it means:

On the other hand, courts will not interpret the Preamble to give the government powers that are not articulated elsewhere in the Constitution. United States v. Kinnebrew Motor Co.^[22] is an example of this. In that case, the defendants were a car manufacturer and dealership indicted for a criminal violation of the National Industrial Recovery Act (NIRA). The Congress passed the statute in order to cope with the Great Depression, and one of its provisions purported to give to the President authority to fix "the prices at which new cars may be sold".^[23] The dealership, located in Oklahoma City, had sold an automobile to a customer (also from Oklahoma City) for less than the price for new cars fixed pursuant to NIRA. Substantively, the case was about whether the transaction in question constituted "interstate commerce" that Congress could regulate pursuant to the Commerce Clause.^[24] Although the government argued that the scope of the Commerce Clause included this transaction, it also argued that the Preamble's statement that the Constitution was created to "promote the general Welfare" should be understood to permit Congress to regulate transactions such as the one in this case, particularly in the face of an obvious national emergency like the Great Depression. As far as this article I am writing about can the USA Federal Government use food stamps and other aids to help turn things around as in the Great Depression? I wished I could answer that directly. I do not think I can answer that indirectly. There is one thing I can say, “People in this country has suffered a lot worse.”

This does not mean what is going on should be ignored. These are serious issues. What are the solutions? What are we going around as we find the right solution? Usually what is being circled is the answers we all seek in recovering from our current economy disasters. There are some solutions that might not apply to us individually, but the right one is there for us.

If getting food stamps and the like is needed, then how will it help in five years? If one sees themselves taking any government aide over five years, then it will be a snare that has pull far too many down the whole into something a lot worse than they started off with.

Before committing oneself to any support, government or otherwise, make sure you can live without it after 3 – 5 years. Support is not meant to last forever. It is a tiny supplement, nothing more, and nothing less. That is what is meant by “general welfare.”

A female Canadian Libertarian wrote a lot of letters to the Canadian Government, complaining vehemently about the treatment of captive insurgents (terrorists) being held in Afghanistan National Correctional System facilities. She quoted Amnesty International and Geneva Convention Standards demanding more freedoms and rights for these detainees, and respect of their cultural needs whilst incarcerated. She received this from the Canadian Minister of Defense:

Our administration takes these matters seriously and your opinions were heard loud and clear here in Ottawa. You will be pleased to learn, thanks to the concerns of citizens like yourself; we are creating a new department here at the Department of National Defense, to be called 'Liberals Accept Responsibility for Killers' program, or L.A.R.K. for short.

What is against privacy in seeing a naked body from these scanners. First of all they will not be posted on Twitter, Facebook, or anywhere online. If they were, what is the big deal?

What would have happened if America was attacked on Christmas day of 2009? What would these “groups” say? We are acting far to childish in America today. No wonder these terrorist went through our fingers on September 11, 2001. How many more will do so before we grow the hell up?

We are the worst country that fears the human naked body, while at the same time go for all sorts of pornography. Go figure. This is what is not normal. This is what is not right. This is what is the issue than what can be stored by these body scanners.

There is no security leak from these body scanners. We either use these scanners, so we can go through the lines at the airport, or we will have literally undress, in a private location, in order to help secure or nation. Maybe if we were not so fearful in being naked, we would not have these news reports on these “so called privacy issues.” There is nothing immoral in being naked. If these scanners were allowed to be viewed by everyone that passed by these scanners, than it could be something to squawk about.

Question: Would these “groups” rather have more attacks on our soil, or be naked? My naked body is not the prettiest, but I rather be naked than in slaved. We have freedoms in our country, but we do not realize the price to keep it. We also do not know what to do with the freedoms and privacies we have today. If I were a terrorist, I would simply allow the fools I want to conquer to screw themselves in the ground. Afterwards I can simply and quietly walk in and pick up what is left and in slave them with great ease before they realize what happened.

This is what could happen if we are fighting our hard working individuals that are doing their best to protect not only themselves, but every citizen on the USA. Let us work together for everyone. After all the Constitution of the United States of America states in big letters, “WE THE PEOPLE…”

By the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, we all have the right to speak out against something that is not right in our country. By the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the USA, we have the right to free speech. This posting is not against this person’s opinion. What it is about is what is freedom in the first place?

Personal freedoms or any freedoms has the largest price tag in the world. That price tag is security. Without it, how can we have freedom. What is freedom? Authority without freedom is tyranny. Freedom without authority is anarchy or chaos. Both authority and freedom must co-exist at the same time. That in itself is what is called a Republic Government. In the Preamble of the Constitution, that is the meaning of the word “Liberty.”

I personally am a defender of the underdog. If being naked for the rest of my life will save lives at the magnitude of what lives were lost on September 11, 2001, then I will go naked. I am not prince charming, but I am not the ugly duckling either. Actually it would not matter what I look like if it would save a lot of lives, so they can have the freedoms in this country, the United States of America.

I truly do not understand why people in the USA are so closed minded on the human naked body in the first place. What is the big deal. Spite the media, one does not go sexually goofy or out of control by seeing a naked body. Only common sense and some civil understandings allows people to do what they want to without stopping the flow of reality.

One might asked,”What about women getting rapped.” In all the information I have read on females being raped, they had their bodies fully closed. Rape has nothing to do with sex, but power over someone else. That simple. The rapist did not see his victims naked prior to the sexual attack. DUH, the rapist has to at least take of her pants to rape her, but the sight of nudity did not result in the rape.

There is no reason to fear in the security guard going sexually out of control in seeing naked bodies through these machines. We either have these machines, or we will have slower lines in order for each one of us to undress. If one will learn about nudism, one will understand that not one nudist goes sexual out of control.

If all that I have said is true, what issues are left that stops things from spinning? The biggest one I can think of is religion. Like I stated in the beginning, if you are constantly tormented with fear over constant terrorist attacks, how can you fully live by your faith? It takes freedom to have faith in something or someone. When we have less freedom, we have less on a lot of things in life.

Why are scientist wanting to go to another planet in the first place? What is so bad about this one? Earth has more life on it than anywhere we know in the universe. Scientist are still constantly learning about our own planet. Are they getting bored on Earth. If that is the case, they can leave to anther planet all by themselves. I for one want to stay on Earth.

There is no proof whatsoever that this planet is dying due to Global Warming, another Ice Age, or cosmic materials bashing on Earth. We fear what we do not understand, and make it up if there is no evidence to show it to be true. There is nothing wrong to send probes, satellites, or whatever in space, but why send man into space? The Cold War with U.S.S.R. is no more. Neither is that government.

It right out dangerous out in space. I for one cannot say how one planet in a vast universe can have so much life, but at least in our solar system, no other planet cannot support any life on Earth. Mars has winds that blows up to 200km/hr. How can any life on Earth live through that? If it is true that man is destroying planet Earth, than can Mars live on when we get there? Maybe that is why the planet is so barren. Some form of mankind could have live on it billions of years ago, and destroyed it.

If we could live on Mars, what kind of government would be set on it: Oligarchy, Monarchy, Republic, or Anarchy (no government)? How so many are talking, I would say not a Republic form.

What is the big deal in being naked in the first place? I do not like to watch the news due to the fact there are too much lies and scare tactics on the Health Care Reform. I do not bitch about it, or keep others from watching the news. If someone does not like to look at the human naked body, either run like hell, or just do not look at it.

To my view point, there is nothing more beautiful than the human body, male or female form. We are curious about how the human naked body looks like because we do not know what it looks like. Most barely look at their own bodies. Could that be why people in the United States of America are so confused with sex and nudity? It seems to me that the ones that want to see the naked form of humans are curious in the right manner.

Think of it this way, “Let’s say we live in a society that everyone went naked, and wearing clothes was immoral.” If that happened, I could rightfully see that people will raise all sorts of hell saying, “How dare you cover up what God has given you. He created male and female and called it very good.” These Christians or whomever would be saying, “Wearing clothes in an abomination to the Lord.” Not once in the Bible does it tell us to cover up do to plain nudity. It does say that certain sexual behavior is very bad.

The question is why are humans the only ones living beings that wear clothes? Would sun screen be enough protection from the ultraviolet rays? How much protection do we need? Like we need fat in our bodies for protection, but too much fat in our system can be dangerous. Could wearing too much clothes be dangerous to the point that we forgot that we have a beautiful body underneath?

Did you realize that women has died of breast cancer due to the fact they did not do a BSEs (Breast Self Examinations). If women can catch their breast cancer on the first two stages, it would be very easy to cure it. The same goes for a male in testicle cancer. Catching any disease early is very important. If one is too afraid of seeing a naked body, then I can assume that they are not willing to see their own in order to do these needed self exams.

The human body is not an evil thing. Seeing a naked body is not a sinful thing. Having sex is not a sinful thing to do, but if one is ignorant of the human body before sex, than it can lead to STIs, HIV, unwanted pregnancy, and all sorts of confusion in life. Knowledge is power. Ignorance is what is causing all these troubles.

For Christians, nudity is mentioned all through the Old Testament. The man and women in The Garden were naked, and found no shame (Gen. 2:25). The entire book of Song of Solomon talked about the beauty of both the male and female body. There are many other verses that shows that human nudity is not dirty or evil. It is amazing to me that pornography is accepted while plain simple nudity is not.

If you cannot read the text on the picture, then here is what it says, “Do girls feel vulnerable being naked in front of boys? Not in this picture. Teenage boys and girls really enjoy being naked together.” It is when parents teach their children to hate their bodies that turns this picture 180 degrees around. Teenagers are taught about nudity and sex. They are taught how to hate it, and how to think how the human body is evil and all its functions, including sex.

When we see pictures of Adam and Eve in the Bible, we see fig leaves on their genitals. No wonder we are so confused with nudity. Something that is called “very good'” has turned into “very evil.” Like to see a possible picture of Adam and Eve without coverings:

What is do bad, ugly, or evil about man and woman? This is what God had created. Did not the Scriptures say, “Man is created in God’s image? The question should not be “Like to Watch Naked People?” It should be “Why are we not looking at the naked body?” Like I have said, “If we had a society that went naked, would we see wearing clothes as bad, ugly, or evil?”

Another question might be, “Why are wearing clothes? Is it to cover our shame? If you the reader of this post just took a moment, and see the simple plain naked body as what has been created, then could you see what is really there? Right now most people see the natural human body as a pornographic disgusting evil thing. How confusing is that? Due to ignorance we accept pornography, and push away what is natural.

This I cannot accept in life for my country, the United States of America. If we have the title of “Land of Opportunity,” then we should not be this way. We should set an example to all around the world. Instead it is most European nations that are setting the example. How lower can we get when we neglect children.

The worst abuse a child can have is neglect. When parents, school, churches, or whomever teaches children that the human naked body is sinful, evil, and all the rest, that is the worst neglect that can be done on a child. If STIs are an issue that is all over the media, then why not educate the right way. STIs are not the issue. The human naked body is the issue.

When people go around the bush on things, you can find the right answer by looking at the bush that is being circled. That is the purpose of this blog posting, and my other blog, The Human Body. This blog is not to show nudity to be perverted or test the laws of the land. I am allowing individuals that are reading what I have written to freely think of the right path on this subject. Children are important.

I want our children to be protected. I have stated in posts in just about all the blogs that have online, the Internet is not a place for children, PERIOD!! How many children are online unsupervised? The child safety software does not work. They either do not block enough, or far too much. Most parents do not supervised their children hardly at anything in their lives. How more important for parents to do for their children than teach them about the human body as they should?

Knowing so much about computer technology, I say that students in the classroom need to learn all about how use the social media services. Twitter,Facebook, and YouTube are the most popular ones to date.

As we have seen with Iran, they are using these social networking services to get their message to the rest of the world. I do not think that journalism will be obsolete, but social networking is the future of how we get information to the mass public. Social Networking is not just for current events. Social Networking is used by all kinds of people, and in all kinds of ways.

I use Twitter as a means to broadcast a new blog post by a third part service, Twitter Feed. Communication is the purpose of social networking. It has grown faster than anything since the 1970s. The jobs will be going around this new technology, not the old ones.

In fear of students using social networking as fun, what is wrong with that. Have you ever heard “A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down?” There is a time for fun, and there is a time to be serious. That is what the school teacher is there for. That is why online education (ONLY) does not really work, unless the students are willing to discipline themselves in order to get full benefit of the online classes

Any tool can be misused, but that should not be a reason for not using it in the classroom. Businesses are using all sorts of social networking technology. It is much cheaper to use these services than calling someone long distance by phone. There is a free online voice service called Skype that one can use all over the world via the Internet.

There are a good number of ways for people to communicate with others online that does not cost anything. There is a 3-D virtual service called SecondLife that many businesses use for teleconferencing. Schools and other educational libraries are using SecondLife a lot lately. Today in the technical world, not one service fits all. Find what is out there, and see what works for you. As for schools, I suggest that students should learn to use all of these social networking services. That is the purpose of education in the first place.

Iranian Politics

I have my view point about the Iranian politics and their recent Presidential Election. What happens in another country is none of our business for the United States of America government unless they threaten our freedoms and the freedoms of others around the world.

I personally believe that the Iranian government is a tyrant one, but I have no right to dictate on how they should do their business. Neither should our government of the USA. What right does one nation have over another in how they should live? The tyranny is not right under humanity of any nation, but no country can control the world. No one or group of people can control all that is going on around the world. Life is far to complex.

As the title of this posting states, “"Iranian Politics.” This is for the people and the government of Iran to deal with. This nation is not the first tyrant nation, nor will it be the last. Evil will always be with us, like the weeds in gardens. All we can do is remove the weeds when it is need of us to do so. We cannot keep the weeds from coming.

Within the United States of America, we have more than enough to do. It will take a lot for us to turn this economic disaster around. We cannot clear up our messes while we are busy with someone else. The best thing the Federal Government of the USA can do to in helping the Iranians is to leave them alone. Let them deal with this themselves.

Let me show this on a personal level. How many times have we want to help our friends and family, and realize that interfering will cause them more strife. Sometimes we have to allow others to make their mistakes. None of us can learn from our mistakes if we have someone to clean up our messes, and continue to make the same mistakes. Sometimes it takes us to learn it the hard way in order for us to get the right message.

If we really want to help the Iranian people, then we must allow them to fight their battles. If they really want to fight hard spite the losses of an all out war, then they will do that because they want to take the risk to have their freedoms. It is no different with the USA in our Civil War. We had to fight for freedom of all men and women. It is up to the Iranians to do the same for their freedom.

First of all, I do not always believe that if information is taken from us without us knowing, it is rightfully protected. Second, Google and Yahoo are not the only companies online. We should be given the option, every single time, to allow someone to gather information from us before it is taken from us.

Why do Google, Yahoo, and whomever has the right to gather information from us unless they are going to use it. How many people get phone calls from telemarketers that they have never done business with them ever? How did they get they get our phone numbers in the first place? Believe it or not, when you buy something or even give out your name, address, and registrations or whatever, that information you give them is sold to countless other businesses that does not have any protection policies that Google and Yahoo are stating.

When Google or Yahoo sells your information to other companies, then the privacy protection goes out the window. Here is the bigger issue that most might not be aware of today: Businesses online thinks they can violate the Constitution of the United States of America and other laws that all forms of government lays out. There is one thing regarding private property, as private business, but they still have to obey the laws of the land. Since the Internet cannot truly be governed, it is very easy for businesses to cross the lines.

This is not right, of course, but that is how things are today. Until Government does control how business is done online, we have to protect our privacy ourselves. That is why the Firefox browser has so many great security addons. It is not 100% full proof, but it does help make a difference. Another protection you can do for yourself online is not fill out the registrations on products you buy. That is absolutely correct. You do not have to fill them out to get the service required from any item you buy.

If one does fill them out, only fill the “required” information. You do not have to given them your phone number. If that is a required, do what I do, give them this number 1234567890. Also, if they have a comment box for you to fill out, let them know that you do not want your information that you gave them to be sold for any reason whatsoever. It is required by law (if you tell them not to sell your information) for any company not to sell your private information, period.

That is why it is so IMPORTANT to read the “privacy policies” of every website that ask for your private information. Because they are a world wide corporation does not mean they will always do right. When you do give out any private information, ALWAYS check to see if you are on a secure web page. Most browser will have a locked icon at the bottom of the screen. The best way to see if the web page is secure is to look at the URL of the web page you are on has at least: https://…. The ‘s’ is the letter you want to look at. That ‘s’ means secured web page.

The most important thing one can do to protect your privacy is watch your emails. No company whatsoever will ask for your username and password by email. If you get an email asking for any private information, click the ‘spam’ button on that email. Reporting it to any type of authorities will not do a thing. Like I said, no one can truly monitor the Internet. The best thing one can do is classify junk mail as spam.

Even though we have the power to control our privacy, government needs to do their job on controlling it from the source a lot better than they have done, if any at all. The federal no call list is in effect, but those calls still keep coming. When I get calls from telemarketers, I go right to the Federal no Call website, and file a complaint. It does not take long at all to do this.

I suggest that the federal government of the United States of America do a similar thing as they did with the Federal no Call list. Also have a law stating that an option on the forms that is need to fill out have an option set that we can choose for this information to be sold, given, or however it is administered to others, be allowed to be given to others or not. This option should be completely open and clear. The form should also be set that the information cannot be sent until the user that is entering the information choose without having a default to choose for us.

By the Constitution of the United States of America dictates. We all have rights under the law. All laws are to serve and protect each and every citizen. Laws are not designed to take rights away from anyone. “Freedom is for all or none.”

I have to say that this First Lady has some very good points. Families needs to bond more than they have. For children to learn to live on their own when they become adults, they need to bond with others. If they do not learn to bond in the home, then they will not be able to know how to be a team player in day to day life. It is important for a society to bond and work together. Remember television shows like “The Waltons?” People back then depended on each other to survive.

Today in the 21st Century, we need each other, especially during the economy down trends we all are facing. That may be the reason why no one can put their fingers on the “smoking gun” on what has caused our economy disasters that we are in today. It is a lot of reasons compounded on each other. By joining together as a society, we can make these complexities much simpler. It will not removed them altogether, but two heads are better than one.

As this First Lady has said, things are bad for children’s health. I know that healthy foods are not cheap. Maybe that is another one of our problems, we want something for nothing. There is a reason for why healthier foods are not cheaper than junk foods. It is not cheap to grow food. the “junk foods” are not real food to what is grown in the gardens. Potato chips are mostly from processed foods.

As with everything in life, it starts in the home. Having families in this economy disaster does not make things better. Though, I have found it interesting to see people like in the times of the television show “The Waltons,” made the time to spend time with their children and family members more than we do now. They had harder times than we are going through in the 21st Century. Could it be that hard times is a measure of showing us what is important? Instead of looking at the hard times we are going through as a negative thing in life, we should look at it as how can we grow from it all. As the old saying, “Every dark cloud has a silver lining.” There is always hope in life.

By having a family togetherness can and has taught children to realize the importance of bonding and working together as one. When they get old enough to work in a job/career, they can understand the importance of working as a team. One person alone can do very little. When a group of people are working on the same project, things can be accomplished a lot more than one person could do. In most cases, certain things might not be possible by a solo individual.

If it was that easy to eat healthy, than children and adults would not have so many health issues. There is another old saying, “With every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction.” If the reaction (the results) are poor, then the action was done wrong. Children do not know how to eat right unless they are taught to in the home, first. They can learn in schools, but once a bad habit starts, it can be very hard to unlearn what one has learned. Only a right thing done in a right way can produce the right results.

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Here is my say on this:

If you want something done right in your life, then you must do it yourself. The government may give out hand outs, but if you want your life to grow and prosper, then you have to work for it yourself. We are the ones responsible for our own actions. No one can do it for us. Only hard work can make the right results. Yes, we all fail and fall flat on our faces from time to time. That is what makes us human. We will make mistakes, but if we owe up to them, those mistakes will simply be in the history books of our lives as long as we go forward after those mistakes.

Technology is a wonderful thing, but it is not the measure getting rich quick. That type of ideology is right out lie. Once you do get a career going and get a lot of money, then one has to work even harder to keep that large income flowing. One does not get anything in life by doing nothing. If life is too easy for you, then see if you are doing things right. If you are doing things right, then that might mean you can do more. Never settle with a common life. Find something better and work harder to achieve those goals.

In anything in life, always challenge yourself to do more. Start by doing the things you are good at better. As Helen Keller said, "The more you know, the more you do not know." There is always something for us all to learn. Even a master in any given field can learn something new and exciting. Find the light, and keep following it no matter the cost.

Laws Verses Religion

Why do we have the death penalty? Why do we have laws that gives some doctors the right to refuse to accept patients based on the doctor’s religious believes? Why we have so many laws that protect one believe system over another in the USA?

Christians and other religions do have the right to speak out not just because of their believes, but because of the Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America. The Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America states is very large letters, “WE THE PEOPLE.” That says it all. Even though these are very important words, there is a lot more to the Constitution of the United States of America.

First Freedom First - Democracy Not Theocracy

One of them is “Freedom of Religion.” What has happen is that the freedom of religion has turned into laws to force its citizens to live by a certain lifestyle. Christians speak mostly on the death penalty as it is the moral thing to do because of a few verses in the Bible. There are verses in the Christian Bible that states love others, forgive others, do not murder, do not judge, hate, etc. Sadly most Christians do not follow the commands from their own God.

Separation of Church & State: Keep your gods hands off....

I ask this question: “What is the core issue of our economic problems?” We cannot blame anyone, including Christians.

When we can start looking at our own lives, and living our own lives, we can have laws that protect all citizens so we can have the same prosperity that our Forefathers had designed for all Americans. A Republic nation is not a nation to keep others from having their own personal believes, but to protect everyone rights from a different believe system of another. Right now in the United States of America, we are being tested on what our Forefathers have done for this great nation. Laws are designed to protect different views and lifestyles. They are not designed to force one ideology on another.

The United States of America has a government that is a Republic. It is not governed by what the majority thinks. That would be a Democracy. What are the difference?

The American Form of Government

Everyone and I mean everyone has the right under law to believe in anything they want to believe in. That is not just an American law, but a universal law for all people. As long as they do not violate another person’s way of life, then what is the big issue? Instead of respecting and tolerating others, there are people in all walks of life that do violate these differences. Believe it or not, there are more violations in the United States of America than any other country in the world, and we have laws against it.

The Fringe Benefits of Failure, and the Importance of Imagination | Harvard Magazine

Why do we look at failure as something bad? How can a person go through something in life that is so horrible and stand up as nothing happened? How can most people throughout the world can fall apart on something that is rightfully nothing to worry about?

We can turn anything in life as either good or bad. How is that? How can one person going through adversities turn things for the best while another fall apart over it? From a third person point of view, that would not make sense at all. Any one can fail. No matter how hard a person tries, they will fail and fail hard. It is apart of life. Sometimes failure is a test in life to not hurt us, but strengthen us for something better in life.

The adversities are not what fails us, but how we react to them. We can hurt in adversities as well as through wonderful times. Pain happens to all of us in all forms of life. How can any of us turn some adversity to a positive prosperity? Maybe that is why we fail too much. Sometimes one cannot change things, or better a situation. What we think or do is how can we go forward after these adversities.

If a storm destroys a home, the people living in it can either believed they have lost all, while everyone is alive and well, or they can say, “So this is how it looks when a tornado hits a home.” The material items can be replace, if they were all that important anyhow. The memories of the important items can never be destroyed.

When we all are facing hard times during our world economy situation, we can either believe all is lost, or we can say something like, “I have a challenge in life that is meant for me to partake in. It will be difficult at times, but I am given this in my life because I can handle it.” Instead of falling into self pitty, we can say, “Let’s get this economy rolling in the right direction.”

As a people in a community, we can help encourage others to do see life as a shinny beacon. While unemployed we can do things for our neighbors and the community at large. Either in adversity or prosperity, sitting around moping will not produce anything. Once we have our economy back in the right direction, we can utilize all that we could be doing now.

Economic disasters does not end a community, town, state, or nation unless we want it to end. When a child falls down and skins his/her knee, they get back up. The pain is there, but after they attend to that injury, they continue playing as if nothing happened. We all need to do the same with our economic downfalls. The news needs to show more prosperity than just the horrors of so many job losses and other down trends.

“When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.” –Helen Keller.

It is amazing how a deaf and blind person could hear and see better than most. Helen Keller is also right. There is a door that is opened for us, and it is opened all the way. Sometimes adversities might be an omen to get us to walk down the right path. In the complexities of life, we need a guide from time to time.

For my life, I know I have one, and a very strong one at that. I have bursitis in my right foot. What this adversity has done for me is allowed me to focus on writing. Since I cannot even stand up for a long period of time, less alone walk without having my right foot start hurting badly, I am given many hours in my life that allows me to write.

April Stats: For the month of 2009-04, there have been a total of 392 Hits and 199 Visitors to all of your stories.

So far this year, I have had 2097 reads or hits on my stories. I would not have that nor the time to write as much as I have if I did not have bursitis in my right foot. What I am saying here and now is that I have my life better with this adversity. Restraints are a blessing, not a curse. Sometimes what we might see as a bum steer in our lives can actually be what allows us to succeed beyond what we could ever imagine.

Yes, I could have fallen apart, felt sorry for myself, and simply gave up, but because I did not, I am where I am today. My life has never been this bright in the 42 years of my life. In resolve, I have learned that failure is not something bad.

Echo Station: Interview With James Gurney

It is fascinating to read this article. I am a big Star Wars fan and Dinotopian fan. I am also writing a story after my cross over trilogy of Stargate SG1 & Star Wars (which is on Fanfiction website: http://www.fanfiction.net/~bbyahoocom), titled "The Key to the Jedi Cities."

During the five years of writing the trilogy (1: SGC and the Force, 2: The New Jedi Knights, and 3: Death of the Sith), I wanted to integrate the beauty and romance of Dinotopia as the beginning of the series following the trilogy. For the first time, I came across an article, by chance, showing that somehow Star Wars and Dinotopia have crossed paths on their own merit long before I started writing on the first story after my trilogy.

At the end of this story and stories after that I will write, I hope I give full respect to all that have worked on both Star Wars and Dinotopia. It humbles me that this idea of having these two wonderful stories cross before I had the chance to put my creativeness of these two story lines into my stories. The stories are free for all to read. I fully respect George Lucas, all that have worked on Star Wars, and with the television show "Stargate SG1," James Gurney, and all that have made both the movie and television show, "Dinotopia."

No copyrighting infringement was done on my part on any of the stories I have or will write. I do hope just the same that I can one day as a career, in writing, be apart of anyone of these wonderful story lines. After all these years, all three of these stories (Star Wars, Stargate SG1, and Dinotopia) have stood strong. The popularity is still out there by many around the world.

Let's find these wonderful lands through our imagination in years to come. We all need to find the light to a wonderful future and prosperity. May the Force of our desires strengthen us to a better tomorrow. As we explore the stars through any stellar travel, including one day the Stargate, may it lead us to the same wonders that these stories have given us.

LET IT REALLY SINK IN - THEN CHOOSE .

John is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always
in a good mood and always has something positive to say. When someone
would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I were any better, I
would be twins!" He was a natural motivator.

If an employee was having a bad day, John was there telling
the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.
Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went
up and asked him, "I don't get it! You can't be a positive person all of the time.
How do you do it?" He replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself,
you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or .... you
can choose to be in a bad mood. I choose to be in a good mood."
Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or...I can
choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it.

Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to
accept their complaining or... I can point out the positive side of
life. I choose the positive side of life. "Yeah, right, it's not that
easy," I protested. "Yes, it is," he said. "Life is all about choices.
When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you
react to situations. You choose how people affect your mood.

You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom line: It's your
choice how you live your life." I reflected on what he said.
Soon hereafter, I left the Tower Industry to start my own business. We lost
touch, but I often thought about him when I made a choice about life instead
Of reacting to it. Several years later, I heard that he was involved in a
serious accident, falling some 60 feet from a communications tower.

After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, he was released from
the hospital with rods placed in his back. I saw him about six months after the accident.
When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I
were any better, I'd be twins...Wanna see my scars?"

I declined to see his wounds, but I did a sk him what had gone through his
mind as the accident took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was
the well-being of my soon-to-be born daughter," he replied. "Then, as
I lay on the ground, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to
live or...I could choose to die. I chose to live." "Weren't you scared? Did you lose
consciousness?" I asked He continued, "..the paramedics were great.

They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into
the ER and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I
got really scared. In their eyes, I read 'he's a dead man'. I knew I needed
to take action." "What did you do?" I asked. "Well, there was a big burly nurse shouting
Questions at me," said John. "She asked if I was allergic to anything 'Yes, I
replied.' The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I
took a deep breath and yelled, 'Gravity'." Over their laughter, I told them, "I am choosing
to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead."

He lived, thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also
because of his amazing attitude... I learned from him that every day we
have the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34.

Worlds.com CEO: We're 'Absolutely' Going To Sue Second Life And World Of Warcraft (ATVI)

After reading this article, I am wondering if the United States will ever grow up? To sue someone over something a silly as this is big time dumb. SecondLife and World of Warcraft (WOW) made it big time due to the hard work they did. It was not to pull down Worlds.com.

Laws are set not for cry babies to sue for ever silly thing they can come up with. Laws are to serve and protect the rights of law abiding citizens. Could the economy be more to that our Constitution of the United States of America is declining or even gone altogether. Who is really running our government? Is it Congress, or could it be Wall Street?

There is a time to fight in a court of law in such matters, but for what this article has said, I am shocked to read it. There is no reason for it. Because some one did a better job in 3-D virtual reality does not give the right to sue for plagiarism. I guess that is the price of a fame done in a right and legal manner. Someone will pout and sue just because someone got their first. What next, the one that comes in third place in a race will sue the one that won the race?

SecondLife and World of Warcraft made it big due to the people using it. Will Worlds.com sue every user of these two services? I have used Worlds.com. It is not all that good. Very poor graphics compared to SecondLife and WOW. No wonder they are behind these two.

What companies needs to do is think more of their employees than pettiness. These are very hard times for all of us. We all need to start to think as one than just individuals. If teamwork is ever needed, then it is very much needed now. Suing someone for what they article talked about is wrong. It is not the American way of life. It is not what laws a suppose to be for. Worlds.com is crying because they started first in the 3-D Virtual World, but ended up at the end of the line.

It is not illegal for someone to run, work, or out do another. Only hard work and continue working for the customers can give results that SecondLife and World of Warcraft has today. They did not steal anything. They simply worked harder on what they did vs other 3-D virtual realities.

Why Is the Religious Right Obsessed With Other People's Sex Lives?

Why are religious people so obsessed with anyone's life? The main core of the Word of God is to mind your own business, period! There are more wars in history's past in the result of religion then any other reason.

The most basic aspect of life for the human being is the human body. There is no shame in being naked or seeing someone naked. There is no shame in having sex. The issues with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) or sexually transmitted infections (STIs) is the result of the lack of teaching of the human body to children. Only by ignorance does things fall apart.

What is so sinful or dirty about the penis, vulva, clitoris, and all the other parts of the genitalia? Answer, there is nothing wrong. The marvel of how our bodies function is a sight to see and respect. Without any reference in the Christian Bible or any other religious documentations, all of the religious leaders go crazy in saying how horrible and wicked the human body is and all its reproductive functions.

If all the religious documents states that man is created in the image of God, then how can it be ugly, wicked, or sinful? Sounds like a major contradiction to me. Just the same, tons of Christians follow these negative teachings. I wonder if any of these religious followers have ever seen the human naked body at least once in their lives? If they did, and had a very good look, they would see the beauty of the human body. When it comes to having sex or making love, there is a matter of respect for such an important act in life. In the word "adultery," the word adult is the root concept. That does not just mean a physical adult. How one thinks is what makes a person.

I am not kicking out morality. There is a difference in being morality in life, and right out tyranny with religious leaders. Education is the utmost important thing in our lives today. The more a child can learn about the human body in all stages of his/her life, will make all the difference. This education must be done in the most academic manner. There should be no interference of any religious dogmas. Science is knowledge based on proven evidence over many years.

There is a place for faith and their is a place for scientific understandings. The two should not collide at all. They should be an impenetrable barrier between them. These two do not need each other to survive. They have nothing in common with each other at all. Just the same, the religious leaders that go out of their way to control all under them. They think they have all the answers, but when you think you know it all, you end up knowing nothing at all, or at least anything of importance.

Faith is a spiritual aspect of life. Faith does not need to explain why we can believe in a God/Goddess that shows no proof it existance. This does not make faith a lie or a fairytale, but something that is real and important to hold on to. That important part of our lives has nothing to to with our physical existence. Just the same, we cannot live without our faith or the physical world.

These two lives should be lived separately and by individuals. Man should never tell another how they should live out their own lives. Parents on the other hand can and rightfully tell their children how they should behave. The reason is that children do not know enough about life to live on its own. They do not have the brain capacity to think in day-to-day life.

That is why it is so important for parents to rightfully and completely teach their children about the human body. There is more to learn this just the cold hard facts. Only parents can rightfully teach their children about how to be responsible towards their own bodies. Parents do not have to be rocket scientist to teach this very important subject. In the United States of America, so many parents to not do this important job.

How the Crash Will Reshape America - The Atlantic (March 2009)

After reading this article, it made me think of all the positive things that are going on today in the United States of America. Spite the job losses, our technology is still growing just as fast and just as strong, if not faster and stronger. The challenges that we faced in the 1930s was a measure to get us to grow up.

In a lot of ways, we have, and some we have not. Now in the late 1900 to early 2000, we are once again challenged to grow up even more. There are great things going on right now. We have the greatest medical advances then any country in the world. We also have the most technical advances also. What we need to grow up in is simple, our one-on-one personal attitude.

A good number learned this the hard way in the 1930s. Now a lot have forgotten these lessons. We are not far too soft in our luxuries in life. Nothing wrong with having wonderful things in our lives, but there is far more to life then sitting on our butts. Sometimes we have to work hard. One has not lived until the have troubles in life. How they deal with these adversities is how the result of their lives will become.

That is the test we all are facing now. The question we need to ask ourselves than from others, "Are we passing these tests?" Failure is not an option. When Winston Churchhill said, Do not give up, do not give up, do not give up," he meant it. To win the prize is never an easy task, but a far better rewarding experience. The prize is not what is important. It is the measure that got one to the finish line.

What will make or break up in our economy issues has nothing to do with politicians, but who we are as a person, a community, and a nation of people. First we must better ourselves, so we can better our community and our nation as a whole. Do not get people to follow you, but follow your own path and responsibilities. No one can do it for you, nor can we do it for others. To change the world is to change oneself.

Here is something I got by email that could save your life:

I wonder how many people know about this ~ A 36 year old female had an accident several weeks ago and totaled her car. A resident of Kilgore , Texas she was traveling between Gladewater & Kilgore. It was raining,though not excessively, when her car suddenly began to hydro-plane and literally flew through the air. She was not seriously injured but very stunned at the sudden occurrence! When she explained to the highway patrolman what had happened he told her something that ever y driver should know - NEVER DRIVE IN THE RAIN WITH YOUR CRUISE CONTROL ON . She thought she was being cautious by setting the cruise control and maintaining a safe consistent speed in the rain.

But the highway patrolman told her that if the cruise control is on when your car begins to hydro-plane and your tires lose contact with the pavement, your car will accelerate to a higher rate of speed making you take off like an airplane. She told the patrolman that was exactly what had occurred.

The patrolman said this warning should be listed, on the driver's seat sun-Visor - NEVER USE THE CRUISE CONTROL WHEN THE PAVEMENT IS WET OR ICY, along with the airbag warning. We tell our teenagers to control and drive a safe speed - but we don't tell them to use the cruise control only when the pavement is dry.

The only person the accident victim found, who knew this (besides the patrolman), was a man who had had a similar accident, totaled his car and sustained severe injuries.

NOTE: Some vehicles (like the Toyota Sienna Limited XLE) will not allow you to set the cruise control when the windshield wipers are on.

I could not agree with this article more. The problem with the old way of education (which I call mindless drones) is that it does teach children how to be mindless drones. To truthfully educate, the students needs to be a giant part of the educational process. They need to be able to speak up or against negative aspects of the teaching process. If students are not learning by the current system, then that needs to change in the here and now than many years after they graduate. This is should not just be in college, but all school systems.

In the fast technology age we live in today, tomorrow, and in the far future, students needs to learn all they can throughout their educational lives. Even one day gone bad in how they are being taught can make all the difference. That day can never be replaced. Schools even at the elementary level should be preparing students for job that have not yet been invented. It will be these young children that will be taking up that non-existing jobs that will come to pass in just a few years. That is how fast computer technology is growing.

Teaching Tips : Peer Feedback in the Classroom

When students can properly and methodically tell their teachers they are doing a bad job, then they have the right to speak up. Life waits for no one. It keeps on going even if we do not. The teachers are human beings. They make mistakes. I for one would love for someone to come to me and present my mistakes so I can learn from them. Continue doing the same mistakes over and over does not produce squat. All teachers wants to do their best, but if they are against criticism from their students, then they might be in the wrong line of work, and should question themselves in "should I continue teaching?"

It is true that the pay for a teacher is poor, but that is not excuse for bad teaching. If one loves their job enough, they will want to constantly improve on what they are doing, low pay or not. Dedication is the key. For me, if I could pay the bills, save some money for a rainy day, etc., then that is all I need. What would I do with a million dollars? would I be a better person? Not on the money alone. In most cases, people that do win sweepstakes of that amount of money usually goes in debt before they get all that money.

Feedback is like a little Jimmy the Cricket at your ear. It allows one to be told they have made mistakes and the possibilities to look at to do better. There is one thing telling a teacher she/he stinks at teaching vs. telling them the same thing with how to improve. The Circle of Life is more then biological life. It is the means to communicate and interact. In that concept, the teacher can learn from the student.

A Truckers Story

I got this by email. I would love to all to read this. A great message in never giving up. Life comes in all shapes and sizes. A small thing that might not be all that important can be worth more then a million Dollars:

If this doesn't light your fire..your wood is wet!
I try not to be biased, but I had my doubts about hiring Stevie. His placement counselor assured me that he would be a good, reliable busboy. But I had never had a mentally handicapped employee and wasn't sure I wanted one. I wasn't sure how my customers would react to Stevie.

He was short, a little dumpy with the smooth facial features and thick-tongued speech of Downs Syndrome. I wasn't worried about most of my trucker customers because truckers don't generally care who buses tables as long as the meatloaf platter is good and the pies are homemade.

The four-wheeler drivers were the ones who concerned me; the mouthy college kids traveling to school; the yuppie snobs who secretly polish their silverware with their napkins for fear of catching some dreaded "truck stop germ" the pairs of white-shirted business men on expense accounts who think every truck stop waitress wants to be flirted with. I knew those people would be uncomfortable around Stevie so I closely watched him for the first few weeks.

I shouldn't have worried. After the first week, Stevie had my staff wrapped around his stubby little finger, and within a month my truck regulars had adopted him as their official truck stop mascot.
After that, I really didn't care what the rest of the customers thought of him He was like a 21-year-old in blue jeans and Nikes, eager to laugh and eager to please, but fierce in his attention to his duties. Every salt and pepper shaker was exactly in its place, not a bread crumb or coffee spill was visible when Stevie got done with the table. Our only problem was persuading him to wait to clean a table until after the customers were finished. He would hover in the background, shifting his weight from one foot to the other, scanning the dining room until a table was empty. Then he would scurry to the empty table and carefully bus dishes and glasses onto his cart and meticulously wipe the table up with a practiced flourish of his rag.

If he thought a customer was watching, his brow would pucker with added concentration. He took pride in doing his job exactly right, and you had to love how hard he tried to please each and every person he met.

Over time, we learned that he lived with his mother, a widow who was disabled after repeated surgeries for cancer. They lived on their Social Security benefits in public housing two miles from the truck stop. Their social worker, who stopped to check on him every so often, admitted they had fallen between the cracks.

Money was tight, and what I paid him was probably the difference between them being able to live together and Stevie being sent to a group home. That's why the restaurant was a gloomy place that morning last August, the first morning in three years that Stevie missed work.

He was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester getting a new valve or something put in his heart. His social worker said that people with Downs Syndrome often have heart problems at an early age so this wasn't unexpected, and there was a good chance he would come through the surgery in good shape and be back at work in a few months.

A ripple of excitement ran through the staff later that morning when word came that he was out of surgery, in recovery, and doing fine.

Frannie, the head waitress, let out a war hoop and did a little dance in the aisle when she heard the good news.
Belle Ringer, one of our regular trucker customers, stared at the sight of this 50-year-old grandmother of four doing a victory shimmy beside his table.

Frannie blushed, smoothed her apron and shot Belle Ringer a withering look. He grinned "OK, Frannie, what was that all about?" he asked. "We just got word that Stevie is out of surgery and going to be okay."

"I was wondering where he was. I had a new joke to tell him.. What was the surgery about?" Frannie quickly told Belle Ringer and the other two drivers sitting at his booth about Stevie's surgery, then sighed: "Yeah, I'm glad he is going to be OK," she said. "But I don't know how he and his Mom are going to handle all the bills. From what I hear, they're barely getting by as it is." Belle Ringer nodded thoughtfully, and Frannie hurried off to wait on the rest of her tables. Since I hadn't had time to round up a busboy to replace Stevie and really didn't want to replace him, the girls were busing their own tables that day until we decided what to do.

After the morning rush, Frannie walked into my office. She had a couple of paper napkins in her hand and a funny look on her face.
"What's up?" I asked. "I didn't get that table where Belle Ringer and his friends were sitting cleared off after they left, and Pony Pete and Tony Tipper were sitting there when I got back to clean it off," she said. "This was folded and tucked under a coffee cup.."
She handed the napkin to me, and three $20 bills fell onto my desk when I opened it. On the outside, in big, bold letters, was printed "Something for Stevie"..

"Pony Pete asked me what that was all about," she said, "so I told him about Stevie and his Mom and everything, and Pete looked at Tony and Tony looked at Pete, and they ended up giving me this." She handed me another paper napkin that had "Something For Stevie" scrawled on its outside. Two $50 bills were tucked within its folds. Frannie looked at me with wet, shiny eyes, shook her head and said simply: "truckers.."

That was three months ago Today is Thanksgiving, the first day Stevie is supposed to be back to work. His placement worker said he's been counting the days until the doctor said he could work, and it didn't matter at all that it was a holiday. He called 10 times in the past week, making sure we knew he was coming, fearful that we had forgotten him or that his job was in jeopardy. I arranged to have his mother bring him to work. I then met them in the parking lot and invited them both to celebrate his day back.
Stevie was thinner and paler, but couldn't stop grinning as he pushed through the doors and headed for the back room where his apron and busing cart were waiting.

"Hold up there, Stevie, not so fast," I said.. I took him and his mother by their arms. "Work can wait for a minute. To celebrate you coming back, breakfast for you and your mother is on me!" I led them toward a large corner booth at the rear of the room.
I could feel and hear the rest of the staff following behind as we marched through the dining room. Glancing over my shoulder, I saw booth after booth of grinning truckers empty and join the procession. We stopped in front of the big table. Its surface was covered with coffee cups, saucers and dinner plates, all sitting slightly crooked on dozens of folded paper napkins. "First thing you have to do, Stevie, is clean up this mess," I said. I tried to sound stern.

Stevie looked at me, and then at his mother, then pulled out one of the napkins. It had "Something for Stevie" printed on the outside. As he picked it up, two $10 bills fell onto the table.
Stevie stared at the money, then at all the napkins peeking from beneath the tableware, each with his name printed or scrawled on it. I turned to his mother. "There's more than $10,000 in cash and checks on that table, all from truckers and trucking companies that heard about your problems. "Happy Thanksgiving,"

Well, it got real noisy about that time, with everybody hollering and shouting, and there were a few tears, as well.
But you know what's funny? While everybody else was busy shaking hands and hugging each other, Stevie, with a big, big smile on his face, was busy clearing all the cups and dishes from the table.

Best worker I ever hired.

This is the power of "Social Networking." By any means will this new form of communication will go away. In fact, it has evolved into greater things. As stated in this article, 3-D virtual reality, SecondLife, has been used to speak out to make a difference around the world. This is how real and active "Social Networking" is and will become.

Social Networking in Plain English

Remember when Twitter was used to speak on the Mumbai attack? Now all forms of "Social Networking" is going all out to support the human beings that are being attack by tyrants. Spite the differences that they may have of all that are speaking out on all these "Social Networking" formats, they are still human beings. Another words, tolerance is being used and respected.

In decades past, there were very little tolerance of one another. Now due to "Social Networking" online, tolerance is being practiced on a "global" level. That states a lot about how wonderful this new "Social Networking" online has become, and it is constantly evolving and growing. What teachers and parents have not succeeded, this new form of global communication has done since 2001.

The Power of Social Networking is Infinite

I will never say that "Social Networking" will grow into a "Utopia." First of all the word itself means from the Greek to the English "no place." It is amazing to me that how in a short time everyone that is using all the new forms of online communication has learn and grown in tolerating others. Could it be that communicating with Twitter, Facebook, SecondLife, and many others see the true person of the ones they are talking to then the outward appearances, like color of skin, gender, etc? Whatever it reasons, it is happening.

In SecondLife, one can be a male, female, animal, robot, Batman, Darth Vader, and right down anything. Yes, in real life, I am not a Bald Eagle, but I can be one in SecondLife. That does not change who I am. Believe it or not, gender is not an issue. I have learned that one can change one's gender in SecondLife at anytime. That tells me that 3-D virtual worlds is about creativity and improving on self expression then anything else. Here lately, there more then 67,000 individuals logging into or inworld of SecondLife daily.

There are member of SecondLife that can tell you that 11,000 was the average member inworld at one time. That is how fast "Social Networking" has grown, and it is constantly growing even more. Remember there are over 6 billion people on Earth today. There are under 300,000,000 people in the United States. There are more yet that can be a big part of this wonder.

That is right, all of this is the tip of the iceberg of what both "Social Networking" and "Social Media" has to offer all of us. Also, this is not a fad that will go away. A fad does not grow this big since about January 2001 to what it is today. Less and less negative press are being said against this new and wonderful technology. As with anything wonderful in life, there is a shadow behind it. Gardens have weeds, but that does not stop many people in having them each and every year.

The possibilities are endless for the future of how we do things online. "Social Networking" will be a giant factor in this evolution of the Internet. What is being shown for the possibilities of the near future just might be scrapped by how fast technology is being advanced right now. We are seeing already how science fiction of yesterday is now becoming science fact in the here and now. Interesting article. When we all look a the phrase, "The Golden Rule" we think Christianity. There is more to life then Christianity. Nothing wrong with Christianity, but there are many more faiths/religions out in the world.

The most important reason that there should be a better phrase is that treating others with respect is more general then a religion. It is more or less common sense to treat others as you would like to be treated. It has nothing to do with faith in a God. It has everything to do with faith in oneself. If we hate ourselves, it may be impossible to love others. That means if we are going to treat others as we would like to be treated, then we must have a respectable and positive love for ourselves, or it may turn out that we are treating others just as bad.

How I look at it, this act is more then a title or a name. It is a means of how we think and act on it. So calling it the Golden Rule works for you, then do so. Just remember that you are not the only one in the world. Do not simply shove that phrase in people's faces. That in itself is not going by the same phrase.

It does require a master in Christianity or any other religion to show respect towards others. It is the attitude of mind that makes all the difference. How easy is it to show love for someone that is nice and sweet, but one should also show the same love and respect for others that might be mean and hateful. Remember that two wrongs does not make a right. One may have to avoid trouble makers, but do not fall into their own demise. Each and everyone of us is responsible for our own actions.

Even though religion has nothing to do with respect towards others, it can speak very loudly on this issue. There is a lot of hate and judging in this world, but that is no excuse for anyone to do it. We must learn tolerance of the differences that others have. Come right down to it, no two people are exactly alike. There will always be differences. Even twins have some differences among each other. The human being is surely a very unique creature on Earth.

For the first time, I have used a new search engine, Surfwax. I learned about this from an online friend from my Mixx account. This person shared this with me: 100 Useful Tips and Tools to Research the Deep Web. It proves that no one search engine has everything. In thinking about it, the Internet is far to large to have one search engine doing that.

The reason for wanting to post this in my blog is to show that we can do anything we want to in life, especially in the United States of America. The problems that keep us from fulfilling those desires is do to what the majority thinks. Nothing wrong with pleasing our friends and the community at large, but what does that have to do with living our own lives? Spite what you parents have or have not teach you, it is up to each and everyone of us to live our own lives. No one can, or has the right to live your life for us.

It was the love that her husband had for her that allowed her to open up something in her life. It seemed to have made a big difference from the result. It is very sad that the media, like the news, always shows the negatives in life. There are more positives in life then you may realize. Actually, there are no such things positive or negative. It is how you make life out to be.

We either listen and believe that things are as bad as it is said on the news and other media formats or we do not. If we stop listening to what others say and make life out to be what we want it to be, then life is a negative. It is not necessarily negative because it is said to be that way, but because we do not take up the responsibilities in our own lives and make things happen the way we want them to become. Freedom is not sitting on our butts and doing nothing. As with tending a garden, every aspect of our lives but have a daily nurturing.

Being a nudist might not be you cup of tea, but as you can seen after reading this article (link at the bottom of this posting) this woman thought the same as so many have thought about being a nudist. It was after she experienced what is was to be a nudist, she learn something very important about herself. That is why I am writing this posting on this article. Only an open mind can only allow one to live life to the fullest.

As I have learned that I can find things online by using different means, I have found this article. What more can I do if I continue to use more systems online? Before I was looking at the Internet through a key whole. Since I am learning to open the door, I can see a lot more. I think that is what this article is stating.

USA Government is Failing Its People

How are the USA government failing us? UH.......Nearly every way that can be done, and then they make up new ways to do more, and more, and more, and more. Why would they do this? The government is suppose to serve and protect the people, yes? Answer, hell no!

The main things that are hurting the people of the United States of America is bad schools, low job rate, bad economy, lobbyist that controls governments systems, etc. Because of all this, we have less and less choices in our lives. Parents cannot choose what schools their own children goes to. With our very poor healthcare system we cannot always choose which doctors we want to go to. This sounds like a social medicine, but the government are not doing anything.

Everything in life starts out with a proper and complete education. The old saying is not "Ignorance is power," but "Knowledge is power." So many people today wants socialized medicine. This is why socialized medicine in the USA will not work: The things that the government is in control of like public education is failing, failing, failing, and failing, while schools in other countries are wining in every way it can. How can these students get a good job if their education is an all time LOW? With our technology improving on a fast and constant rate, businesses needs young employees ready for this technology. As stated in this video, students are not getting even the basic public education.

Government Screws up Everything it Touches: Part 1 of 6

How much money have the average person given in taxes? Has it done anything? Everyone says, more money for schools. From the first video of this blog posting, we have learned that is hype, a lie, and does not make a difference. As the last sentence in the next video state, "The government does not have to follow the same rules as we do, and we are the ones that have to pay for it. Makes a lot of good sense, yes. Uh........NO!

Why do we have laws? By the general answer it is to control chaos. The reality of what is going on in the USA is chaos....for the WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The why it is this way most might already know. The government has gotten to big for it own britches. They simply control far more then a government should be doing, or they are controlling the wrong things.

Here is a solution....why not allow competition to control things. That means each and everyone of us will be responsible for our own personal life, community, and even the country as a whole. After all the Constitution of the United States of America has a Preamble stating those three large words: "WE THE PEOPLE." Done right, there will be no chaos. Liberty is freedom. Authority without freedom is tyranny. Freedom without authority is chaos or anarchy.

President Elect Obama stated, "We need change in our government." I hope he can change things to the way it should be done. There is nothing wrong with the government having its hands in things as long as it does not take away the freedoms and rights of others. A government without its people flourishing is dead nation. Both the government and the people both must stand up tall for a nation to thrive. If one sinks, the other will follow.

The scariest part of competition is big business or lobbyist. Lobbyist have done more damage towards the USA then anything else, minus our governments. Have you forgotten about NAFTA? What good ever came from it for the USA or any other country? The damages that NAFTA has done to us is so great that if we pulled out of it cold turkey, it would hurt us even more. We either try to swallow the extremely large pill that we have, or we swallow something lager.

As President Elect Obama stated, we all have to work together to fix this. Once again, we are the ones holding the bag. I hope that Congress and President Elect Obama can help also. It took many, many years for our government to mess things up. Even though things are very bad, I strongly believe we have a better chance of recovery then in the 1930s.

Our technology is a lot better then the 1930s. Things are constantly be created with our technology. We given the Jerry Lewis Telethon in 2008, $64 Million Dollars. Black Friday of 2008 was better then last year. In a lot of ways our economy shows progress. So what is going on with our economy?

If things are looking good, then what is happening to jobs in the USA. It has mostly to do with NAFTA. When factories move out of one country to another, more then just jobs go with it. The United States of America relies on free enterprise. Due to NAFTA, we have lost a giant hunk of that free enterprise. Another words, our federal government sold us out due to lobbyist, or big business.

We must have the right type of competition without having big business ruining things. Right now there is a non-government program that is aiming for space. There are organizations that are helping people that cannot help themselves that have nothing to do with government. There are mom and pop stores that do more for the community then any big business could ever do. In every walk of life, there are things going on that has nothing to do with big business or our government. Since it is WE THE POEPLE, then it might take us all to make this county our country.

We simply do not live within our own means. What does that mean exactly? We want more in life then we can afford financially and what we can handle. Another words, we are very spoiled people. This is more then wanting this or that, but the attitude we have towards life itself. We need to think right before we can act right.

That means of thinking right is more personal then global. Believe it or not, how we conduct our personal life can and will make a difference in our community. How long it takes to think right is up to how childish and selfish we are now. Let's look at some of our characteristics. Right now we are way to hateful towards homosexuals. If one believes in this lifestyle or not, it does not matter. They want to live as they do, and under the Constitution of the United States of America, they have the right to live as they see fit, PERIOD!

As a big majority, we are still racist. Here is another shine on complete and total ignorance. If one really knows about ancient history, one will realize there is no such thing as a true race. With all the wars that went on, international relationship happened big time. It happened so much that genetically there are pure bread of true race of human beings today. The skin color may be noticeable, but that is about it. The only color blindness today is constant ignorance.

Females in the 21st Century are still being looked at as lower class species. If a female can bare a child, go through a monthly menstrual cycle, marry men, and live through it all without kicking every male in the ass, then they are the most durable creatures on the planet. Each and every female should be respect, but instead we men show our complete and total ignorance by saying we are better then females. If they can raise a family, then they can do jst about anything us males can do if not a hell of a lot better.

In living within our means, we must first have the right mentality. This will be the hardest part of all of us to go forward in our economic recovery. We must do this never the less. Once we get into the habit of the right mentality, then we can rightfully take the next step. What that next step will be is up to all of us as individuals and as a people as a whole. Another words, we must better ourselves for the good of ourselves and a nation. Believe it or not, the rest of the world is watching us. We as with SPQR, ancient Rome, do have an influence on others around the world.

Spite all that you may hear from politicians, we are not that big of a financial down fall, but we can see it as a wake up call. It can get a lot worse. The USA has been in a lot worse. Here is why I do not believe we are as bad as it sounds: This Labor Day 2008, we donated over $64 Million Dollars to the Jerry Lewis Telethon. Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, was a record high from last year. If things are showing progress then what is really going on?

Let me state this: We hooked up with NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), we had the Y2K scare, we had dotcoms failures, and we had an attack on our soul on September 11, 2001. How I see it, all the financial failures were right after we got on board NAFTA. All the things that Al Gore promised us if we had NAFTA in the USA went 180 degrees very fast. The failures seems to be coming from our Federal Government then from us. From what I have read and heard, it is the banks that got a lot of people to spend more then our means. Just the same we could have said "No thank you."

If I am correct, the banks are run by our Federal Government. Why were they getting us to over spend? Could it be due to the cost of the War in Iraq? After all, the more we invest, the more the government can take from that investment. If we can see what is really happening behind closed doors in our Federal Government, we might find our answers, and other ugly things that are going on. I say we need to keep a very close eye out on how our government does their jobs starting on January 20, 2009. After all the preamble of the Constitution of the United States says, "WE THE PEOPLE..."

That facts are this: We can make a difference in how our economy's future. We simply need to get our politicians to follow the way we want it to be done. This means we cannot allow the politicians to continue down the path they have done. If President Elect Obama is truly sincere in doing what he says he will do, then we need to do our part with him. That is to live within our means on all fronts of our lives. Yesterday is gone. We have the here and now to do the best we can for the future.

I am big on the new trend of communicating online called, "social media." It has been doing great on all fronts. Just the same, there are others that do take advantage of the situation. As with conventional life, there are people that would swindle our hard earned money from us.

To have to pay money for a service to get a date with someone, there has to be something wrong. The free dating services is not all that good either. How can you trust anyone on them? How I see it, dating services are a web for scammers to use. Believe it or not one can their love of their life online because they can do it offline. I see too much scamming on online dating services. I have not been a victim, but I do go out of my way to protect the under dog.

That is why I am writing this blog posting. To allow others to see that online dating services can be very dangerous. Do not get me wrong, I am not a person that is wanting to close down the Internet, or live in the past. I strongly want to have the Internet achieve all leaps and bounds, and I want to live in the present and work towards the future.

I also do not have any revenge towards dating do to being burned by another. I am hopping to keep people from being burned by these dating services. Love is power of life. We can live on bread and water, but we cannot live without love. That is why these online dating services are able to manipulate so many people throughout the world. One cannot love another just by text messages and a few picture swapping. In time they have to meet face to face in order to really see if compatibility is really there.

Human beings use the Internet and other technical wonders, but no technology can be humans. One cannot fall in love with technology as with a human being. Do not be fooled by anyone that says they love you and you never met them. What are they falling in love with? How can one say, "I love you," and never seen you?

With Social media, one can talk with others, but there is no threat of someone taking advantage of the other. I know that people have stated that they have found their love of their lives on television programs. That might be true for them, but how many are alive in the United States of America? If you can count the exact number that have found their perfect soul mate online, it can rightfully bet that it is for less them 1% of the populous.

Either online or offline, if something is too good to be true, then it is. Online sometimes it is hard to know. Online, one does not see a person. One cannot read any body languages of another. All one reads is text messages with a few pictures. Talking about picture, do you know that picture may not be the person you are talking to? How can you tell if it is or not?

If you see a picture of someone on Facebook, MySpace, or some other social media, it really does not matter. I think that is why social media is so big. You can have a picture of your real self without fear of being scammed or any other dangers in life. Another reason that social media is so big is the price tag, free.

When I saw this on a CNN Daily news podcast video, it was great to see that there are still love in the world. We see so much hate and negativity on the news. It is great to see this. No matter what one is facing in life, love is the key to get through it all.

If we can use this same genuine love to raise up this country and the economy, then we can recover very quickly. Personally I believe that we are not as bad as it seems. If we can donate over $64 Million to the Jerry Lewis Telethon, then how can we be so bad? I wonder if the CITI Bank, Car Companies, etc. would still fail if we were in a good economy? I strongly believe if we live within our means, we can recover with no problem. That might be the issue, we do not live within our means.

With this lady and her family, she lived right, and this happened to her. With the help of loving individuals in the USA, she has a new home and money for her children this Christmas. Love is the answer, not any financial measure. If you face a situation like this remember that love is close by. It was for this person.

Also do not fear of the events taking place with the attack on Mumbai. If we allow our fears to control us all, the terrorists wins. See the major damage hate can do. This hate law that was rightfully removed did more damage toward innocent children. This hate law rather have children in cold unloving government controlled buildings then in a loving home.

I strongly believe that homosexuals love more then most self righteous Christians do. This does not mean that homosexuals are better people, but it does show that they are willing to take care of a child with love and understanding. What Christian families appear to be teaching is how to judge and hate others just because they are different and to do the same to others that do not follow their exact paths in life.

I personally would rather a child be raised in a loving homosexual lifestyle then a home that will teach children how to hate, judge, and hate. Where is the Word of God in all that? That is why I have changed my religion faith from 30-31 years of being a Christian to being a Wiccan since May 2007. Over the time I have been with this new faith, I have learn a lot more about tolerance and love then I have ever done being a Christian. Most importantly, I have learned more about myself.

I have seen from homosexuals is more love and tolerance then anything else. Being different then a Christians does not make a person evil or bad, just different. How different is up to the person themselves. We all must take up the responsibilities of our own actions. We cannot blame others for what we do in life. That goes especially with our environment and economy.

We as individuals might not be the cause of the environment or the economy, but we can do things right and even better to make a big difference for our children and their children's children. "Every action has an opposite and equal reaction." If there is no action, then there cannot be any reaction. Force can only be administered by a pull or a push. Sometimes doing nothing may be the right thing if it is the right kind of nothing, but in most cases doing nothing can be more harmful.

In the regards to the homosexuals that wanted to adopt this child did the right thing. The child now is in a home that will get love, support, and all it needs to live as a human being. Whatever faith, attitudes, sexual ideologies, etc. will be up to that child. For one thing, this child will see that being a homosexual or heterosexual is just as normal as life itself. People do not adopt a child to abuse it in any way. Only love is reason.

There is one thing allowing a person that has been in prison as a child molester to adopt a child, and there is another that has no history of any crimes other then being different then being a Christian or following the Christians self righteous practices. This does not mean that non-Christians are better or perfect. The non-Christians like myself since May 2007 believes that all have equal rights and opportunities as anyone else. Race, gender, believes, sex orientations, etc. has nothing to do with it.

We have been hearing and watching on the news a lot of the negatives about our economy, but I wonder if it is as bad as it appears. Anyone including me can make something look worse or better then the true meaning. have been doing my best in all my blog postings to make sure that what I write is balanced then a one sided issue.

In the recent bail out for CITI does look bad, but I have been thinking how much does it have to do with the bad decisions from CITI personnel then an real true financial crisis? If we the citizens make a financial blunder, will we be bailed out? Of course not.

Let me state it this way: Would the government be bailing out anyone if the economy was doing good or even great? I am wondering if the failure would still be on the shoulders of the companies no matter what the economy was like. Many companies have fallen in years past when the economy was do great. Bottom line is do not fall to all that is said and shown on the media.

By any means I am not saying the we are not in an economy slump, but I am saying that it is not as bad as it is being said. Surely bad government tactics are not good under any circumstances, but what is really the cause of our economy problems? The Preamble of the Constitution does state: "WE THE PEOPLE." It is also true that we blame others for our mistakes then we do ourselves. "Our fault does not lie in our stars, but in ourselves."

We also go around a bush on this while the true issue is right in front of us. We search for a solution, but we do not want to look at it when it is right in front of us. As with the issues with our own environment, we make something more out of it then take up the responsibilities for ourselves. By being mature about all that confronts us, we will be able to see the problems that confronts us and the solution that comes with it.

Another words we simply spend more then we make. Is that the fault of the businesses? If a bank told me that I could overspend, I would still not do it. I know that I am the one that is truly responsible for my own actions. I wonder if these companies that went bankrupt would hurt our economy? When other companies in the past went out of business in the past, I did not see the stock market fall. As with everything in life, there is a beginning and there is an end. That is a part of life that we all must face from time to time.

What is real in our economy, a lot of people are out of work. Let's look at the past several years. The same person that has sold to millions throughout the world on that man is the cause of the "Global Warming" has sold us on NAFTA. Al Gore promised that there would be more jobs for Americans if we got into NAFTA. DUH! Where are the jobs?

The Earth is being effected in some way, but it does not appear to me that all these disasters will happen as predicted. I also have not seen any evidence whatsoever that man is the cause of this environment issue. Mankind has been on Earth less then the fraction of the age of the Earth. Surely our planet has faced a lot worse in climate then we are going through now.

As for our economy, the United States and even the world have faced far worse. So why does the media constantly show the worse case scenario? As with so much in life today, fear is always a very fond bed fellow. Due to our immaturity status, we do more fearing in life then it is really needed. That is the issue that needs to be faced as top priority. "There is nothing to fear but fear it self." --President FDR.

It is sad to me that it takes disasters like our economy problems to force human beings to get together with love. Why are not doing this during the good times? Love still exist in the best of times in life. I simply do not get it!

It does matter what your faith/religion is in order to love and support others during hard times. Somewhere out there people will face difficult times in their lives. There is not such thing as an Utopian society. The word "Utopia" comes from two Greek words "UO," meaning not and TOPOS," meaning place. Even when the country is prosperous, there will be people that are not.

Even when most are prosperous, why are most people hateful, judgmental, and right down rude? That makes me wonder are people really loving and supportive during hard times as we have it today throughout the world, or are they simply gagged and bound from being their worst? Another words will even these people in this article be just as loving and supportive when the economy goes back to a prosperous state?

Do not get me wrong, these people in this article are doing a great service now, but due to so many are not that way during good times in life, I am not all that bubbly over this achievement. The true test is doing the right thing on both sides of the pendulum, and doing it without any reward or status. I do hope all of us throughout the world can learn this lesson. We need to love just as much when things start to go as they should.

This is why I believe that Obama is the right one for the job, but WE ALL MUST work together. As Obama said, it took years to get us in this mess, and it might take more years to clean up and get things going. If we do not work together, it will get worse. This country after all is called "The United States of America."

Whatever caused us to get into these financial problems, we need to united and get back on track. I have some it before that our technology age can get us out of this mess. I also believe the transaction of moving from the Industrial Age from the Technology Age is one of the big reasons for being in this financial mess.

If I remember my history right, the United States went through this same thing once before. People feared that their jobs was going to be taken away from machines. Another issue we all must face is that we all must learn to think for ourselves in this Technology Age. In the Industrial Age, taking the initiative was not ask of us. In the Technology Age is very much asked of us. We also must learn to work together.

I recently stated somewhere online that we should get rid of all the older officials in our government. I want to state now that we can have them still in office as long as they are willing to work with the times in which we live. That is another major problem the USA is facing. A good many people want to live in the past. Living in a new age can be scary.

To balance out all of the reasons that has caused or will be a hindrance in turning the country around, we need to support and enlighten others to live their lives for the better. If our life as individuals can be lived to the fullest, it will make all the difference. We all have to start now, so get to it. :D

If I understand right by the Constitution of the United States of America Constitution, everyone has equal rights and opportunities. So why are certain people not having these basic every day rights? Is it hatred towards people that are different?

How are lesbians and homosexuals different? How can the sexual preference make someone different. If doing things that are different from others that would make just about everyone hate everyone. It comes to show hatred shows no logic. Why hate? What reason is there for it.

Christians are suppose to show love. Does not the Bible say that love is the most important command? It does not matter what faith you follow. Love is the guide towards life. I wonder if why we are in an economy issue is due to more of our lack of love for others. Love is the most powerful ally in the universe.

Christianity is not a hateful religion. Muslim is not either. Only a small group of just about all faiths have some hate in them. That is the unfortunate part of life. We hate because we fear. We fear because we do not understand. Ignorance is the danger.

Why do you think that most teenagers have a big issue with sex? They are not taught right on the subject in the homes. If schools, churches, or any other organization can successfully do this job, teenagers would not be having STDs, AIDS, etc. All human beings have a sex drive. Children/teenagers should have at least the basic knowledge of the human body of both genders before their bodies start to develop.

It is very interesting that children are born to love. They do have their selfishness, but they show no hatred. Who are teaching children to hate? Is it their parents and family, or the media? Whoever has taught them, they do not stop. Once people start down the hateful path, it is very hard to impossible to stop. It is best to not hate at all.

The more love we can show and teach children in their young lives, the better. I do wish there was more shows like "The Secret of Isis" as it was in the 1970s. The show title was more know by "The Shazam!/Isis Hour" Shows like that shown moral issues on every episode. They shown inspirations on how to have a better and wonderful life. There is no propagandas of any kind. They treat their viewers like human beings.

That is all that children wants to be treated, like human beings. I wonder if that is how children learns about hate? They are treated as less important individuals at some time in their lives. The abuser does not stop because they do not see the hurt. The only thing the abuse sees is the power they have over the children they are abusing.

The biggest abuse that most children face is verbal abuse. When parents constantly yell at their children without teaching them why they are being yelled at in the result of tem doing something wrong, all they see is that the ones that is under their care hates them. Children are born to respond to their children at a very young age. At times it might not seem that way, but they do. When they seem to not obey, it is a simple learning to be more self aware. Children do not know or understand hatred. his does not mean that they should be allowed to disobey. What they need is guidance not anger and hatred.

When they become adults and are trained right in the home, they will be tolerant towards others that are different. When it comes right down to it, all of us are different. Some are taller, shorter, older, younger, etc. Right down to the molecular level, there are no similarities in any of us. So what is so wrong with someone that wants to love another human being of the same sex?

If sex is a physical manifestation of love, then what is so bad about it? All human beings understand the importance of marriage. True that two people can have sex without being married, but it is the marriage that truly bonds two people. There is no rebellion of any kind in two same genders marrying each other. There is surely a lot of hatred of all kinds in stopping people in living their lives the way they want to under the Constitution of the United States of America. All I ask is why?

To make the Internet safe for kids is like making the entire world safe for kids and letting them loose into the world all by themselves. The Internet was created by adults, for adults. This does not mean that there are sites that are safe for kids to go to. Having certain websites for kids is not the same thing as having the Internet safe for kids.

The original Internet was for and designed by the military. Now it has become a very popular for of communication for all, thanks to what is called, "social media." With all the safe guards and children safe features, the Internet is not a safe place for children. It is true children needs to learn how to use the Internet, but they should not learn it on there own merit. Parents must be parents and be with their children when they are online.

There is no substitute to proper and constant parenthood. The schools cannot do it, nor can any other organization. Computer software in keeping children away from certain websites simply do not work. Children can learn to go around these barriers, or the so called child online protection software either blocks too much or too little. When a parent is with the child online and something inappropriate comes up, the parent(s) can use that time to talk with their children about it.

The biggest thing online is that is not good for children to see is pornography. There is nothing wrong with sex intercourse of other sexual activities, but pornography is not normal or real. What is shown is abnormal sexual activities and belittlement of womanhood. The purpose of sex is the show of love towards another in a unique physical form. When done right, it is very rewarding for both parties.

There is nothing wrong with sex or even seeing it, but the media shows children/teenagers that one can simply have sex with another without the consequences of it. Everything in life has a measure of consequences. Children cannot take up this high responsibilities of sex without first being taught about all of it. Telling them they will die if the get any forms of STDs does not work. The media continues to show the wonders of sex, and it is out weighing the very small if any education children/teenagers are getting about their own bodies.

Another dangers online is the hate websites. Even though there are laws to give all the equal opportunity to live out their lives in the United States of America, there are still many people out there that are racist, demean women, and the rest. The reason why you do not hear them all that much on the streets as they once did is due to they are now using the Internet is spread the same hatred. For the most part they have the right to freedom of speech. Some of the websites have been dropped if it crosses the line of simple talk. Either way, it is too dangerous for children to get to these websites.

If parents are with their children when they are online, they can teach them that hating someone because they are different is very wrong. Believe it or not, children have learn to hate in churches, at home, in schools, and every where in life. Parents if you are not going to allow your children to be in public on their own, then how is using the Internet any different? You are with them in public and you should be with then when they are online.

There is a big issue that even adults face online, identity theft. It is just as easy for an adult as would be for a child to give things out to someone that has sweet talked you online. This does not mean that everyone online is a bad person, but we all must have our guard up just in case. Simple rule, never give out personal information unless you are filling out forms that are on a secure connection. If the URL has https://....., then it is a secure site. Just the same, it is best to do business with a respectable company.

With all sorts of phishing addons/software for browsers, it can help to keep an eye out for bad websites, but you have the final say. If you do not trust to buy thing from an online company, then do not. I am not promoting fear, but encouraging one to do their research and observe what they do online when it does with finances. Also look for better deals. Most respectable and well known websites might have a lower price on the same exact item.

If the item is know to be popular, and Amazon does not have it, then that may be a red flag. It may not be legal for that item to be sold in the USA or anywhere else for that matter. If adults can make financial mistakes online, then how more dangerous would it be for children/teenagers? That is why I am writing this blog post. To simply state that the Internet can be safe for kids is a right out lie, and a very dangerous one at that.

The only way children can be safe in life, in the real word or a virtual one, parents MUST be there for their own children. When their children do come to bad stuff online, parents can then use that time talk with their children on that subject. Knowledge is power, never ignorance.

What is freedom and how much does it cost? Do people in the 21st Century understands what the human race went through because of Hitler and the Nazis? Does our history books tell everything? What are schools teaching regarding WWII? How important is it for all of us in not forgetting about what happened during WWII?

Today, I think most people does not really understand the full impact of what WWII did for everyone on Earth and how defeating Hitler and the Japanese made all the difference of the freedoms we have as a human race. The unprecedented horrors of the Concentration Camps that Hitler had to simply do his best to commit genocide on one race of people, the Jews. The reason for doing so to this day are not fully clear. Only unbridled hate can be used.

The question that have complex mankind since, is how can one man convinced so many to want to hate a race of people without really knowing them as individuals? We all should never forget this part in history. All that had happened during this horrific war in world history should never ever be forgotten. All countries of the free world should do everything in their power as well as work together to make sure this part of history does not repeat itself. If we forget, the consequences would be beyond all that could ever be fully understood understand. There would be a new meaning to pain and suffering that no one would even want to think about.

It is easy over 50 years to sit back and see no pain and suffering as it was done to so many during WWII. I hope no one has to go through any of that to get us to see how important it is to make sure that history does not repeat itself like it did during this war. What happen to the United States of America on September 11, 2001 was horrific enough. That is not even a taste of what the world went through in the results of the horrors that Hitler bestowed.

Freedom has never been free. It comes at cost to high to calculate. Under the many years after WWII, the free world has gone way to soft to remember how important it is to protect that freedom. The price tag to keep a military running is nothing to the price of loosing the freedoms we all have and enjoy. The price of freedom are the ones that do not come back from a war after winning the war itself. The ones that do not come back are the super heroes of the free world, and the comic book ones that wears some form of tight fitting clothes.

When you see the graves of the fallen of a war, you are looking at the price tag of your own freedoms that you take in day in and day out. In each grave, there is a human being, or a representation that fallen soldier. Sometimes in battle the human body have been complete destroyed. Due to all that have died on our behalf, we all have the freedom to live out our lives as we see fit under the laws of the land. WWII should never ever be forgotten.

It is ever so important that schools teach about WWII not as a simple historical event, but all that had happen during those years. Parents should do the same and elaborate on the importance of how it has effect their personal lives. That is how much of an impact WWII has done for us in the 21st Century. We have and become who we are today all because of the ones that has fought and died for us during this one important war.

The history books needs to show in every graphical detail of all the Nazi Concentration Camps. This is why all the military soldiers fought and died in this war. Yes, it is that horrific, but children today needs to be taught this just the same. This is not morbid nor cruel to children. What would be a lot worse if we forget that all of this, and have it happen all over again, if not a lot worse then what had happen.

The whole world was involved. Yes, there were countries that were neutral, but the rest was involved for the freedoms of all, including the countries that did not get involved. This is importance in going to war. Yes, it is very ugly and horrified mess, but we had to defeat Hitler and the Japanese at that time in history. The free world won, but it was not a Hollywood victory. The world changed because of it. I really cannot say the change was for the better or not, but it was surely a lot better then having Hitler and the Axis Armies was to win.

Competition Medicine vs Socialized Medicine

What has made the United States of America the top country in the world? It is not socialized medicine. It is not even social security. What about baseball, or football? It is surely not Hollywood. So what is the answer? That is the simplest answer in the word, CAPITALISM!!

In the United States of America, we can event, organize, categorize, improve, speak out, support, disapprove, and all the others freedoms that everyone of us practice each and every day. There are more writing blogs, creating websites, using all sorts of socialize media in the USA then any where else in the world. If it was not for the USA, there would not be an Internet at all. There might not be any form of modern technology.

How is all this kept up? Business has grown from a small mom and pop store to a world wide organization. This is all done by that wonderful word, "competition." Actually it is done by two join words that must work together, "free enterprise" and "competition." With social media, the people can speak out and control thing as never before.

In all walks of life in the USA, we have complained in one way or the other about the medical care in the USA. It can be much better then it is now. That is not only a local conclusion, but a fact of life. How can it be better? Let's see what WE in the USA have done so far: We have used health insurance, voted against socialized medicine when President Clinton was President, voiced ourselves in stating that we are loosing our health insurance, etc.

After watching all six parts of "20/20 Sick in America: Whose Body is it Anyway?" I have seen a very good and working system that is not being used all that much at this time: "Competition Medicine." I have stated many, many times through social media, we are in control of what we see, when we see it, and how we see it. Before, Hollywood controlled all that. Now we are in control. Why not do that for medical care.

As you will see in part 6 of 6 "20/20 Sick in America: Whose Body is it Anyway?" on YouTube, this ideology is working. As John Stossel asked, "Why are so many people not using it." As for me, I did not know about it until now. What news program ever talked about this? I happened to be doing research on "Socialized Medicine" and found these six part videos of a 20/20 broadcast on YouTube. Of this article, part six has been viewed 8,709 times. How many people watched it a year ago?

Did you also know that websites already allows you to compare doctors and all rangers of healthcare? I wonder how many people use them to the ratio of the ones that are demanding changes in our healthcare in the USA? If not, why? Change is scary, but I bet not as scary as how our healthcare system is going downhill now.

In the first place, who said our healthcare was gong downhill. In reality, it is better then it was ten years ago.... far, far, better. So what are the issues with all that is going on? As you may have heard, a lot of people are simply fighting to pay for it all.

Here is why I strongly believe "socialized medicine" will not work. How many of us cannot say that the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon is one and the same with Labor Day? Jerry Lewis has said this about every year that he was told that he could gather more money from a telethon then from the federal government. The MDA got over $65 million dollars in 2008, and that was just from individuals. They got much more from corporations.

Through that type of income, scientist have discovered things that they would not do otherwise. Most of the medical break through come right here in the USA. Not from countries with any form of socialized medicine. The reason why the USA can do all this through our freedoms and capitalism. There is nothing like capitalism. It is due to our Constitution of the United States of America that allows capitalism to soar here in the USA.

So what is all the political talk about socialized medicine? In simple words, propaganda. It is much, much more then that. There are not cut and dry answers in life. Sometimes there is not right or wrong ones. We have to experience our own lives for ourselves. There is one thing that I can directly talk about: If the USA substitutes anything in replace to the freedoms that we have today, all throughout the world will suffer greatly.

In my blogs, I never tell someone pacifically how to do anything. What works for me, might not work for you. What I do is enlighten my readers to make a difference in their own lives. This is not easy at times. It is not always easy for me. We all must just the same take the next step. Putting it off till tomorrow may lead to a missed opportunity. When one second of our lives goes by, we cannot turn the clock back to redo over. In most cases, we just might end up with the same results. Going forward is the only path to go.

As JFK said, "We do these things not because they are easy, but because they are hard." Sometimes we want to choose the pretty path or the easy path. In the long run, it is always better to choose the most difficult path. For me at least, I would get bored quick it everything was too easy. I do like when days are better then others. I wonder if days are calmer is do to my right choices in life prior to these better days.

Do not get me wrong, I do not laps in my life when days are easier. If I am ahead in life, I will make sure I stay ahead. I know that sooner or later I will have a hard road ahead. If I do not prepare for those bad circumstances, then I can get way behind the eight ball. If that happens, I can only blame myself. If I am every hard on others, I am more harder on myself.

Life is an adventure. It is up to us to be the game master and the adventurer at the same time. Even when we are following rules in a job or other aspects of life, we alone are the ones that are responsible for our own lives. Another words, never ever allow someone to say that you cannot do anything. If you want something hard enough, you can make it happen. This of course does not mean you cannot get help in your life.

Teamwork is very important in life. Being a team player does not mean we turn off our individuality. It is our individuality that makes up a team. Brain dead players does not make a team win. In a team we have to bond our individuality with other individuals to come up with a winning strategy. No human being can fully live alone. We are meant to be together.

Spite what you have seen on television or the movies, it takes a number of people working together to come up with a solution to a problem, and to keep the system running. Look at one of the most popular websites today, http://www.amazon.com. There are thousands upon thousands of individuals that are working together to keep the website going so consumers can buy their products. Even though teamwork is going great with Amazon, it does not mean that they do not have problems.

On the field the police officers are constantly working together to serve and protect our freedoms. This does not mean that they are perfect. No one can be that. Just the same, we have our freedoms in our cities due to these brave men and women. Please do not forget the firemen. They risk their lives to save ours. What they go through in order to accomplish their task is a lot. Hard work is worth all the efforts.

If you personally are having it is too easy in life over a period of time, look and see if you are challenging yourself. Do not get me wrong, taking it easy is needed just as much, but remember to get back to work in your day-to-day life. Remember: Time waits for no one. Do not allow time to pass you by. As Ms Frizzle says all the time on the children show, "Magic School Bus," "Take chances, make mistakes, get messy, and learn."

When it comes to education, there should be no limit to any access online or otherwise. I fully understand the copyright issues, but there are better ways to protect copyrights and allow full access to social media.

As most may know, social media is a must in the business community and just about all aspects of life. Social media is all about communication, and do it both ways in real time. When children of today looses out in the classroom, they can never get it back. Life never goes backwards. With the on going and fast growing technology age we live in today, student of all ages must be able to access all what the Internet has to offer.

Due to questionable materials that are online, parents must get more involved with their own children more the ever. Children/teenagers sees more questionable materials then ever before. Sad to say, there is not escaping from it. Unless the parents keep their own children locked away some how from life in a society, they will see the bad and the ugly of life. That should never be an excuse to keep children from life itself.

Instead of keeping children from social media online while in schools, teachers and administration should monitor and be able to fully talk with the students when they come across questionable materials. There is no substitute to full knowledge, not even safety. There is not such thing as 100% safe, but that should not keep us from living our own lives.

Business needs student to learn all they can about the social medias that are out there. For students to successfully use and administer Content Management Systems (CMS), they need to explore and use all sorts of social media systems out there now! What they can learn today will help them utilize what will be ready for them in their near future.

Playing is too safe is more dangerous then no safety at all. As the old saying, "What works for the goose, may not work for the gander." How more true is that statement for student today. Children needs to be protected, but too much protection will only stifle the proper educational processes.

In reading articles like this one, I cannot seem to stop stating this fact, "We have already transcended from the "Industrial Age" to the "Technology Age." In that, we MUST start to think and live in this new age. There is no way around it.

As we have seen on CNN during the Election Day, we have the technology that has caught up with the best science fiction show to date, Star Wars. Think about it, seeing a ball game in your own living room instead on a television screen. Talking to some that might be on the opposite side of the Earth in real time and seeing them in true 3-D clarity in real time.

As President-Elect Obama said, "We have a lot of work to do." I believe after this election, that work has made a big leap in the right direction for the future of all around the world. It will be up to everyone to make a difference. Now that we will have a government that will allow prosperity in this wonderful age, "The Technology Age," we can start to achieve things far more then we have already done.

True, "With a great power, there is a great responsibility." I strongly believe the voice of "WE THE PEOPLE" have shown they are ready for this power by showing great responsibilities in voting for a change that will lead us to a wonderful tomorrow. We will be facing challenges, but they will be in the means of our understanding and control. These challenges will be for the direction of the future then telling us that we need to change face.

There will be mistakes that will continue to happen, but the leaders in government will help us learn and grown from them. Remember, a true leader is the one that serves and protects its followers. It is up to us to live our own lives to the fullest. Government should not do it for us. A true successful person is the one that gets message, makes mistakes, take chances, and learns. With Obama, we will be able to fully do so in our lives.

For Christians to say that the world will come to an end if Obama wins the election is so stupid. First of all who are these believers to say something like this? If anything, Christianity is coming to an end. If more and more believers in the Christian faith are acting like this, then that might be a great thing to happen.

Where is the love in Christianity today? There are more love from pagans or neo-pagans then anyone. Even atheist are more loving then Christians are lately. There is nothing wrong with any faith out there, but when they start saying that the world will come to an end if this or that happens. No one can predict the future. These individual believers really do not know what the Constitution of the Unites States means. I can describe it in 3 words, "WE THE PEOPLE."

I want Obama to win based on how he is enlightening so many to be a part of our great nation. He cannot do it alone, nor any politician. We are the Government. It is up to each and everyone of us to do the right thing for ourselves and for the whole of this great nation. The United States of America is a melting pot of all faiths, all national origins, and everything else that makes us human beings.

We all vote as individuals, not as a group of people. Christianity today seems to believe we all should think the same, hold back progress and live in the past, force others how to think and believe. In our Constitution of the United States of America, we all are given the right to be individuals. That means we can believe in any manner, live our lives in any way, vote for anyone we want to, progress our lives in our own fashion, and all the rest that makes us unique and speical throughout life.

Who can vote? Anyone that is 18 years or older. It does not state you have to believe in anything before hand, live a certain life, or anything that will take away your freedom to think and believe the way you want to. "Freedom of Religion" is on the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. When these certain Christians tells all that the world will go to hell of Obama will win, then they want that 1st Amendment removed.

if you want to vote for McCain, the please do so. It is your right to vote for whomever you want to vote for. I have no right to say that you cannot vote for whomever. I will not state that your life will be miserable if you vote for someone different then I would. How your life will turn out is up to what you do with your life, and not what others do. True, how our governments does their jobs can influence the global outcome, but your life is your own. Only you the individual can make the difference.

What makes us who we are is our own experiences. By these experiences can we make decisions to vote for whomever you want to vote for in any election. If the United States will go to hell it will be something far more bigger then the outcome of an election. There is more to life then any one day. Whoever is election on November 4, 2008 it will take all of us to make the difference. Even if our candidate is not elected, we must still work together as a United Sates of America.

I am concerned about having educators quiet on this subject. Our government is based on "WE THE PEOPLE." It is not just a few people, but all people in all walks of life. When students are taught to keep quiet, they learn that freedom of opinion, voice, and all that makes this country so great, The United Stattes of America.

As with anything that is being taught in the classroom, it should be taught to enlighten the students. Children are the future of any country. What they can learn today will make then able to handle the life of tomorrow. The more children of today can freely express themselves the more they can improve things tomorrow. To me being quiet is so close to being ignorant.

Teamwork has everything to do with voicing one's opinion. Leadership is a lot more then that. When schools teach that being a humdrum, mindless, command driven individual, why have schools in the first place? Knowledge is power. Keeping quiet and thinking the same does not bring anything for the future. Any expression including a political one brings out new ideas and possitive results that will make a difference in all our lives.

The fear that this article is stating is unneeded fear. If you read between the lines, it really had not facts to back it up. It is simply stating the same old thing as the so called experts has been stating since the early 80s on technology and the future of children/teenagers.

What is not being said is that the younger generation needs to be more involved with social media then ever before. Employers are looking for employees that know their way around the social media including 3-D virtual worlds. The new trends of business today are already using a virtual world called SecondLife. The biggest fears are not technology in itself, but the fast changes.

Believe it or not, changes are constantly happening with our technology. With our global economy issues, it will take these technologies like SecondLife to help all move from the "Industrial Age," in which we all have been use to living, and move to this new and marvelous age, "The Technology Age." It is normal to be concerned about this transaction of moving from one age to the next. Especially do to our economy issues, we need to tread into it one step at a time, but there is not reason to fear it like the common plague.

While we do slowly move to this new age, we should have the younger generation get to know and be a large part of what is happening now with social media and 3-D virtual environments. The ignorant statements that these new 3-D virtual worlds will cause children/teenagers to be divorced from reality is just that....IGNORANT! In these virtual worlds, teenagers are already working with people of different cultures, ages, genders, etc. This type of social gathering is very important in the work place as team playing.

The real threat is when we force our younger generation to live in the same age as we did in years past. Change for the future is not an evil thing. It is the way of progress. Look at the medicine and medical cures that has happened due to our technologies. A lot of people are living years longer then before. Our understanding of our environment has opened up dramatically. We have gone far past the simple telephone to the fast growing Internet.

Remember all the fears and gears that was said about the first personal computers? Now here is something new, Virtual Worlds. I have read an article that a lady had made millions of real money in SecondLife. I cannot say if someone could do that again, but the opportunity is there for just about any future progress in life. Money is not the only gain in life for a better future.

Spite all the news propaganda that has been written, show, or whatever, Virtual Worlds have constantly grown and shown dramatic progress over the years. What I think the real fears behind social media is that news programs, Hollywood, and the rest of the how the media has been played, is dying with today's technology. It is a futile gesture on their part state all the propaganda about Virtual Worlds and social media in order to discredit it.

As I have said, social media is still going on just as strong and even stronger day by day. From the first time Linden Labs created their master piece, "SecondLife," it has boomed far beyond they could have ever known. It has changed so much that personal computers are having a hard time keeping up with it by video cards and other system requirements. Even Internet speed is at a challenge with SecondLife.

I have always seen a future operating system that would use virtual reality. I am beginning to think that one day, Virtual Worlds like SecondLife will replace the OS of today. It will be a giant undertaking, but I see that it can one day replay how we use our technology on a day-to-day basis. When each and everyone of us can use our own imagination on designing things, then there is not limit of what can be done with Virtual Realities/Virtual Worlds.

SecondLife is on its six year. That is simply a drop in the bucket on how things have been going on with technology. When the younger generations become adults and get jobs within Virtual Worlds, I strongly believe that we will have something far, far, greater then we have now. The only supervision that parents needs to give there own children in this respect is encouragement of the future of these wonders.

People can use all sorts of media formats. Another words, the video phones has surpassed science fiction. No wonder there are not as many SCFI shows as there were in the 1960s. Science has made them most if not all of them a reality. Spite our economy, we are still achieving more and more through the technology age. If there ever were a such thing as the "Golden Age," then the times in which we live now has to be it.

We have more control over the media then ever before. We can watch and thing online anytime we want to. Just about all news programs have there own podcast videos. We can also create our own videos and allow family members to see us anywhere on the globe. How true the title of this article is, "The Internet is no 21st-century Boob Tube." It has surpassed conventional media and created a whole new world.

With the economy as it is today, how convenient it is for all of us to have at our disposal. We can see our family in real time, share ideas, and anything we experience in life. In the conventional world we could not do half of what can be done online. As I have stated with virtual worlds like Second Life, people have come together spite our gender, race, age, or natural origin. Due to the Internet, we have truly become a united human race.

The most interesting part of it all is that this wonderful technology is growing and growing. Tomorrow, we could simply and something that surpasses all of what we have now. The limit in the "Technology Age" is our imagination. It is not what we have today, but what will we be getting tomorrow. You guess is as good as mine.

The question should be asked why are people so against someone that is different then they are. Our Constitution of the United States of America, and our Declaration of Independence, clearly states that all men or created equal. This mean simply this: We all have the given right to live the way we want to without any interference from government, religion, or anyone else.

Still in the United States of America, we do not treat others as equals unless they believe or behave in the way we want them to. This is wrong and evil. No where in these two documents states certain criteria has to be met for freedom to be established. The United States is not the only country that are discriminating against other human beings.

I have stated this question in my early blog postings: "What is more real, virtual reality, like SecondLife, or our conventional reality?" In these virtual reality worlds, people of all ages, gender, religion, sex-orientation, etc., have come together, play together, and all the rest without judging who and how they think, believe, live, etc. I am starting to believe that virtual reality is more real because right off people can be themselves. That is how things should be outside of virtual reality. In all realities.

The ones that are against "gay marriages" are the ones that love as the top aspect of their faiths. What love is being shown? If businesses need for their employees to work together as a team, then yes this subject should be taught in schools. Why? The simplest answer is "tolerance." One may state, this should be already taught in the homes. This is true, but is it the parents that are teaching their own children to hate or have nothing to do with someone that is different. Churches teach the same things. The media is no better.

Through social media online, teenagers and adults are learning to tolerate others ways of life. No time in history has there be a time that has taught and applied this simple aspect of life so quickly and perfectly. While baby boomer generation is running around throwing hate and intolerance, the younger generations are learning and living life with love and happiness. How long this will last is how these generations raise their own children.

Here is a very good example that psychiatry is way out of line. What right do anyone has to state they one is addicted to anything? I can remember all the silly fears when personal computers started to come out. Tons of movies were made just discredit them. Nothing ever came close to half of what were said about them.

With our technology, we have been doing things far more and far better then ever before. All the science fiction stories are now the ones that are in competition with today's ever fast growing technologies. There never has been a time in history that medical science has been so wonderful. It all started from the first microchip. Since 1980, everything has been for the better in just about all aspects of life.

Yes, teenagers are using these technologies a great deal. They should! It will be them that will make our technologies even better then they are today. The latest thing online at this time is social media in text form and graphic forms as with virtual worlds. Social media has connected more people then anytime in history.

Businesses have always struggled with having unity and team work in the job at hand. Social media of all sorts have been able to do something that no one has ever done before, get everyone to see past the race, gender, and age of all. In a virtual world, a person is represented by what is called an avatar. This avatar can be male, female, animal, or whatever. You can be corresponding with a gold fish.

With other social media communications, by the name that the user has may not give a clue to what country the person comes from, gender, or age. Just the same we constantly correspond with out seeing their physical appearance. The question that needs to be asked is "Who are we?" I am sure that a lot would give out a lot of information without really saying anything to the answer to this question. The answer is very simple, and it can describe anyone on Earth. That word is "experience."

Who we really are is the sum total of our experiences. When we correspond with others online, we can share our experiences without giving any type of personal information. The fuss that people are making about being addicted to online games or anything else that has to do with technology is very ignorant with the mass changes that are happening right now with our technologies. They might be addictive to how wonderful they are to our day-to-day lives, but that does not mean it is a negative thing.

I wonder sometimes if psychiatry is aiming to destroy change in life. As with so many organized religion, change has always be a bad thing. If our technology can get people to work together, save more lives with better medical understandings, Allow consumers to communicate both ways in real time, broaden our minds beyond any one's hopes or dreams, etc., then I say today's technology is a wonderful and beautiful thing.

The issue is not that teenagers are spending too much time online, but they should be spending more time online. With the high prices of gasoline, the down fall of our economy, and all the rest, the only place any of us can go is online. The monthly fee of any broadband service is a lot cheaper then having teenagers travel all through town. Online, anyone can travel across the globe while sitting at the computer. The Internet is far more then what it was in the early 90s, and it is growing faster and faster.

If children are our future, then it is not damaging for teenager to socialize online. Gaming is simply and 3-D graphical form of socialization online. People can do a lot more in communicating online then the old chatrooms. The Internet has megatons of educational materials. With the Internet, updates are a lot easier and cheaper then writing another book on the same subject.

Video podcast are the top of the heap lately. I personally hate to watch the new on television. I can get better information and more of it online then I could ever on television news programs. With social media, I can learn things that I may not even know existed otherwise. I could write forever on the possibilities are what is online today.

The only ones that are say that children are spending too much time on video games online or other online activities are people that hate change and want the rest of the world to live my their means. Our technologies are here to stay, and it is growing faster then anything in history.
